The luggage storage venue was in a favela in the centre of Rio. Having got a taxi there the hostel denied having a contract with Stasher and refused to accept my suitcase. I was unable to get a taxi back to my hotel in Copacabana because taxis will not go into the favela : a lovely lady who works in the hostel and spoke reasonable English kindly phoned for an Uber to come and pick me up, and my case!! I paid her A complete fiasco and quite distressing and time-consuming and I still have my suitcase which I had wanted to leave in Rio while making a trip to Iguassu. Eventually got my money back from Stasher UK after several more emails than I would’ve expected to have to send. Company needs to have much more robust system in place to entice people to use their company

Horrible
Horrible. As soon as I got to the location, the “receptionist” turns me away. Had to head to the airport directly after since I did not want to walk around with my luggages.
