It's a well organized tour led by a stellar guide named Olga. She was born to take care of visitors in Lucerne! Olga has impressive knowledge, great communication skills and passion to guide. It's such an enjoyable tour despite being 10 hours. Our driver Joel was very nice and kind, took us around and back safely. The entire day experience was beyond my expectation. Thank you, lovely Olga! Do not hesitate, book, go, enjoy! Being with a tour group has its perk, you don't have to wait in a long line to get on a cable car.

We had an absolutely wonderful experience. This was the best tour throughout our entire trip. Our Tour Guide was exceptional. She spoke perfect English and was very informative. She was very friendly and got along beautifully with my daughter and her friend who are both teenagers and young adults. We saw everything we needed to see in Lucerne and would definitely highly recommend her to anyone. It was an absolutely enjoyable tour. And to add that, this was at 5:30 pm, after we’ve been on a tour earlier that day somewhere else so we expected to be exhausted and unable do it and despite having to climb a few hills, she was so informative and enjoyable that we didn’t even notice the time passing. She left us off at an Italian restaurant, which was a great recommendation as well. Again I would highly recommend her.
