My family of 4, with two kids aged 7 and 11, all loved this tour! We were all a little nervous beforehand, but the guides made us instantly feel at ease. They keep everything moving so there's very little time to be anxious! My kids said it was their favorite part of our trip. They only wished it was longer! We got to spend the rest of the day hanging out at Los Lagos, which made it a super affordable and fun day.

Zip lining was great. The guides and equipment were very safe. The guides were also very friendly and fun. The place was beautiful and access to the Los Lagos hotel after was a bonus.
Did the zip line first thing in the morning, fantastic experience. The guides were experienced and personable, we felt completely safe. The Los Logos property is beautiful.
We had an amazing time ziplining with this company. We went with a team of 5 staff members who went with us through the about 12 ziplines. They were professional, kind and took the time to ensure our safety through the entire experience. We had 3 kids ages 10-12 and our youngest was scared at first. But they were great about making her feel comfortable and encouraging her through the experience. By the end, she was the bravest and an expert on the lines.

We booked as a family of 4 and had a great experience! The views were incredible, with Arenal Volcano in the background. The guides were patient and knowledgeable and took extra care with the kids. Would highly recommend.
This was our second time here and this zipline is great. The guides are awesome and make sure you get the best pictures! The Tarzan swing is my favorite but you should book an early trip if you want to do that (which I highly recommend you do).
Such an incredible trip, couldn’t recommend more. Amazing value for money - we got a whole day out of it (went on the 10am zipline trip then spent the rest of the day at the hot springs, getting the last shuttle back at 5:30pm.) Team were so helpful and professional and you felt really safe and prepared throughout.
I would 1000% recommend this activity! Was so fun and the guides were amazing, so kind and friendly and made us feel really safe. Such good value for money because we got to go to the hot springs for as long as we wanted afterward (they were so nice). Thank you to the team we had the best time!
