Pickup Locations & Times
-Secure closed-toed shoes are required for rafting (flip flops or crocs are NOT ALLOWED). Bring comfortable clothes to get wet and move while paddling, and also a change of clothes. -Make sure you show up at the reception of your hotel or pick-up place at the right time. Guides and drivers only wait a maximum of 5 minutes after the pick up time. If you are not sure about your PICK UP TIME call or send a whatsapp message to +506 89342626. Please Note: "Pick up time" refers to the time we pick you up at the hotel, "Start Time" refers to the time when the tour starts at our office. Pick up service is included ONLY for hotels located 5 km around La Fortuna Central Park. We DO NOT offer pick service on Airbnb, however you can drive or take a taxi to our main office in La Fortuna, where we offer safe parking and more facilities.

It was truly a great experience. Extremely well organized, and well worth it. Our guide ‘Tuscan’ was so much fun and energetic and made the whole experience. Huge shout out to him , he was AWESOME !!!!! Everything was on time, and the whole team was so kind and helpful. We were given towels after which was great because we forgot to bring them .

Very good. Only down fall was the Balsa River only open when dam is open and it was not open by the time we reached there so we had to go to another river so ended up being a long day and lots of time driving. Wish they had checked before we went or given us maybe some of our money back. But it very good and a thrilling adventure.
All of these staff were the best. They were happy to take us down the river and made it very memorable. Shout out to Yader and Fabricio for showing us the time of our lives.
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ An incredible experience! We loved the rafting! We enjoyed it very much from beginning to end. Everything was super well organized and at all times we felt safe and in very good hands. We want to especially highlight our guide, Braulio Machillo, who was fantastic. He made the whole tour super fun, explained everything perfectly to us, and made us feel very safe throughout the entire experience. You can tell he knows perfectly well what he is doing and, in addition, he has great energy. It has been one of the best experiences of our trip to Costa Rica. We loved it and we recommend it 100%! 🌊🚣♀️🇨🇷
Amazing experience with our guides Jefferson and Braulio! It was a challenging but fun white water rafting experience so you can most definitely bring your children on this! Definitely recommend this and 100% WEAR water shoes! You will be getting in the water.
This was a fantastic experience. It was one of the highlights of our vacation. Everyone was so friendly and positive. A special thanks to Johnny who did an amazing job steering the boat, explaining things to the kids and also showing us wildlife.
We had a very good time with our guides Juan and Tom! The river was a great combination to be adventurous but still save enough for beginners and children. A must to do in La Fortuna!
