London Tour Hop-on Hop-off Bus with Optional Thames River cruise

Be prepared for drivers who do not stop or slowdown. That was rough when we had places we wanted to go. However, for the most part, the drivers were great. In addition to this, there is no control for your company but the tourists riding the bus were rude. By rude, I mean people would literally run you over to get a seat on top of the bus.

We were told to get bus at any hop on hop off. Every 15 -20 minutes.We got to the bus stops that say hop on hop off , but the bus line used by Viator was not picking up at this stop. Which we found out by another bus company. Then I called the number for help and was told he didn't know the schedule or where to go to catch bus, but we just had to wait. In the mean time Big Red Bus went by, Original bus company went by. We ended up just buying other tickets. Not a good experience. By the way I had confirmed where to go and what time the night before when I booked and was on the chat with a representative to make sure I had all the information that I found out day of my trip was not true. Have used Viator before, never have had a problem. This was a big problem and very disappointing.

We went to the St. Pancras station to catch the Hop On Bus only to find out they had cancelled that stop. We texted them and asked for a refund and were denied. This was not our fault they had cancelled that stop but now we’re out $348.10

It was really a lot of fun. All in all, recommended. Unfortunately, it was the Trouping the Color weekend. That means buses were completely overloaded on Saturday. They arrived late or were fully occupied. Good that a bus driver from another line rescued me 🤭 thank you Mr. Frank Tumpo !!!

The guy in front of the entrance of the Tower of London, sold us ticket at 5:00 pm, and buses did not pass after 5. We only used the cruise on the river

Do NOT choose this bus. We waited forever at every stop while we watched the other bus companies stop by several times. HIGHLY recommend the Big Bus company because those busses were always moving. Such a scam!!!!!

This is the most disorganized & repulsive company I have ever dealt with. In addition the employees are uninformative & Rude.

It was confusing at first to know which bus to get on and where to catch the buses. Stops were not announced or marked. There was also a protest on today so difficult to get buses moving. We had to end up booking Uber to get is to where we wanted to go....disappointed.

Was hard to find the first pickup point after signing up. Pros. On off buses are a great way to get the lay of the land. And look and see the sculptures on the roofline. Do a full loop before getting off later. Cons. There is 5 hop on hop off bus lines. Should be just one busline and able to get on every 5 minutes. Way too much pollution. About 20 cars worth of smog per bus. Dont sit in the back on top or you will smell the smog. Reminds me of when the streets were flooded with electric bikes. And they ended up in the river. I signed up for 48 hrs. But the buses stop around 6 or 7PM and it isn't advertised anywhere. So you might get stranded. Then they try and sell you a night cruise on same buses

This tour was a complete waste of money. Very disappointing .The drivers rushed through the sites. The intercom system was only working in some of the buses. The tour finished very early. Should have a got an ordinary city London bus. This is not a proper London sightseeing tour. The big bus company is much better. Very disappointed overall.
