Prompt pick up, very nice driver, Windsor Castle was beautiful , very safe , driver pointed out highlights along the way. It was a very enjoyable ride.
Our driver was prompt for our trip on the morning of our trip to Southhampton cruise terminal from london for 6 people. We had included a stop at Windsor castle and had 2 hours scheduled there before going on to Southhampton. We did not have to wait in line and had quick access to Windsor castle. Very professional.
Driver was perfect. Clean car, on time, no language issues, got us to Windsor Castle per the schedule and then delivered us to the Cunard embarkation terminal right on time. Could not ask for a better experience.
Our trip to Windsor and Southampton was really fun and our driver was efficient, polite and made our trip easy and relaxing.
Pick up was good. Windsor is a beautiful place, would need about 5 hours there to really see and enjoy it. Drop off in Southampton was good too.
Joao was excellent and on time! Great way to see Windsor Castle and get to Southampton hotels in the port area.
The Windsor Castle was out of this world!!! Our tour guy was amazing and help us with everything and talk to us about all our surroundings , MUST DO!!!
somehow the driver never placed one of my bags in car at airport pickup...unfortunately this bag had all my medication in it and since we were overseas I had to go my whole trip without my meds
Thank you for taking the time to leave us your review of the service, I'm sorry to hear that you lost a bag, this matter has only come to our attention 10 day’s after the service was carried out, if we were informed of this on the day we would have looked into this more carefully for you and investigate it further. This matter has only been brought to our attention because you requested a refund for one of your party members who could not travel and the refund was declined. We have spoken to the driver who has informed us that he only handled the large suitcases and all the small hand luggage was handled by one of the traveller in the group who placed all the small items next to them in the vehicle.
Kristian, our private driver was prompt, professional, prepared, respectful and kind. Albeit pricey, it was a wonderful excursion to Windsor Castle and on the drive. This was a seamless and delightful way to get to the port from London. Well worth it!
