We had cancan seats right within the stage with a perfect view. The show was incredible the attention to detail costumes, lighting, mood, even the preshow where the actors come out and walk around on the stage just to set the mood was fantastic the performers never broke character remaining professional and engaged at all times. Such a wonderful show.
FANTASTIC experience. The scenery was well done and beautiful. Singing and dancing performance of the highest class. Among my 5 top show/musical experiences in life. Unforgettable!
Absolutely outstanding show !!! The theatre was beautiful. From the time the show started we were captivated ! Phenomenal performances cannot recommend highly enough.
WOW this show was phenomenal. Bought tickets in the day from booth in Leicester Square. Had been looking online in advance, but glad I risked waiting as we got great seats middle of stalls for what we'd have got back row of highest balcony had I bought online in advance. I can't put in to words how good it was. If you get a chance - just go!
Am amazing show, we loved it. We'd happily book again. Songs very clever, cast fantastic, storyline brilliant. End of show dancing and singing great. The cast gave a unique opportunity to take photos before the show started by parading in character over the stage and right in front of the audience.
As stalwarts of West End Musicals Moulin Rouge is way up there in the top 3 A highly lavish and energetic show with some showstopping songs A must see show
Wow wow wow. I dont usually like musicals, but I was blown away by this one. The theatre itself is decorated beautifully and before the show starts some of the cast roam around the theatre looking fabulous. I would highly recommend
From the moment I walked into the theater and get to my seat, the show was on! And it never stopped except during intermission. It was a high energy, vibrant, wonderful show with amazing performances. They added even more contemporary songs than in the movie and everything was seamless. The music, the dances, the costumes, the lighting- wow!!! Must see!!
A sensational experience with a sensual performance by all the professional actors. You are allowed to film and photograph 30 minutes before the actual performance starts. We were totally mesmerised by the scenery and the costumes. The music is adapted to the current love themes and you'll recognise them all. Go and treat yourself or you will regret this opportunity lost, forever.
I had seen the Moulin Rouge! film before, so I wasn’t sure if the live show would have the same magic. I had also visited the Moulin Rouge in Paris, which was a completely different experience, so I didn’t really know what to expect. From the very beginning, I was captivated. The performances, the set design, the costumes, and the music were all incredible. I especially loved how some of the songs had been reimagined for the stage while still keeping the spirit of the original. It felt fresh, emotional, and powerful. By the end of the show, I was in tears. It wasn’t because the story was sad—it was because everything came together so beautifully. The talent, the music, the atmosphere, and the emotion on stage were unforgettable. I left the theatre feeling inspired, and it’s an experience I’ll remember for a long time.
