Hi Kris, Just to clarify, as per the message you sent to us through the Viator app, you specifically confirmed that you wanted the vehicle pickup at **10:00 AM** from the Metropolitan Hotel. We arranged and sent the vehicle for **10:00 AM**, exactly as requested in your message. However, at around **9:00 AM**, you called us and asked the driver to come earlier. Unfortunately, by that time the arrangements had already been made based on the **10:00 AM pickup time you had confirmed with us**. Please kindly check the messages in the Viator app, where you will see that the pickup time of **10:00 AM** was provided by you. We always try our best to accommodate last-minute changes wherever possible, but in this case, the vehicle was dispatched according to the pickup time confirmed in the booking communication. Our driver Roman was great, we gave him a list of sites (about 50) of which we wanted to drive by, stop and see, take pictures and or visit and we got it all done. On the following days we were able to go back and spend more time on the sites we wanted to explore more in-depth.
