This was the best tour I've ever experienced. The selection of pubs was great but our tour guide, Dion, provided an amazing and unforgettable tour. I can't imagine there's anyone in all of London that could possibly conduct this tour better than her. Dion is so likeable and kinetic that the tour felt like being in pubs with an old friend. She's extremely knowledgeable on the history of the pubs and the interesting landmarks along the routes. Dion isn't reading a script. She hasn't memorized lines. Rather, she has a deep passion for the history of London and she brings that energy to the tour. As we sat at tables enjoying pints, Dion spent time getting to know each guest on the tour. Throughout the tour, she would query the group about various locations and landmarks along the route, engaging with everyone and making the tour very interactive. Every pub on our tour was great but my favorite pub was Ye Olde Cheshire Cheese which has so much history.

Phillipe was awesome!
We took this tour with Phillipe who was amazing! His knowledge of the pubs we visited, as well as the history of pubs throughout England was incredibly thorough, and he sprinkled the tour with amusing anecdotes throughout. The small group nature of this tour allowed for each stop to feel like an intimate stop with friends over a pint, and Phillipe's stewardship made it all the better. HIGHLY recommend booking this tour, and if you're lucky you'll also benefit from Phillipe's expertise as well!
