The tour was interesting, I’d always been keen to have a look around the area where much of the Beatles history in London was made. The guide was extremely knowledgeable but I really didn’t need to hear self promotion about his daughter and her connections, his winning a prize about his Beatles knowledge, where to buy his book etc
Lovely tour! Very knowledgeable and informative. The highlight of course was getting up photo of my son Crossing Abbey Road ( it's a crowded public space but it's easy to edit people in cars out with AI so we ended up with a fantastic shot). But an unexpected highlight was that we learned how to use the tube!
Richard was wonderful! Even though I'm a big Beatles fan I learned some new facts and thoroughly enjoyed the tour! He kept the focus on the Beatles not himself and I appreciated that, very professional, and it was relaxed yet stayed on time. Highly recommended!
Wow, Richard really knows a lot about the Beatles. I was very impressed with all the knowledge and photos that he had to share. It’s a good amount of walking which I enjoyed but if someone isn’t up to walking for up to two hours and standing, then this is not for you … highlight was Abbey Road for sure! Cheers, Richard it made for a great morning!
It's a pretty long walk but it's worth it. Richard is great, very knowledgeable and friendly. We learned a lot about the Beatles and all kinds of unexpected events related to the band.
Top notch! It was a great tour, and a wonderful way to start our trip. We learned so much about the Beatles and can’t wait to go home and watch the films that were covered as part of the tour. Our guide was knowledgeable and fun. Overall a great experience.
Hi Marie Thank you for your very nice review. I'mn glad you enjoyed the tour :) all the best Richard
Ian was a fantastic guide and just all around enjoyable person! What made this tour particularly great was his passion for and knowledge about both the music scene in London, and his intricate knowledge of the city. And he went out of his way to show us more hidden areas of London. I have already recommended this tour (with Ian's name, of course) to 2 friends from here in the US who plan to travel to the UK in 2026.
We enjoyed a tour around London taking in the highlights of places the Beatles frequented. Very enjoyable and the guide was very knowledgeable
Andy was an awesome guide. Very knowledgeable, lots of anecdotes that were new to us and little bit of humor thrown in along the way. Would thoroughly recommend this tour to any hard core Beatles fan as you will be surprised by the plethora of new facts/insights you will gain from this tour - for everyone else, it’s a fantastic 2 hour long walk through a beautiful part of London filled with fun facts and ending with you mimicking the infamous zebra crossing walk!
Lots of info and locations of where they lived and played music. I did feel we walked a lot like in circles but I could be wrong. Also the guide was knowledgeable but if he could hold the pictures in his notebook straight we could have seen them better. Abby Road was fun!
