Highly recommended tour to be able to see the Highlands and Loch Ness. Although it is a long trip, I would include a visit to some castle because the excursion falls short on things to see for lasting 14 hours. The guide Pablo was very, very good... he explained things very well.

Itinerary
Between landscapes of mountains, lakes and valleys, we will reach the Rannoch Moor. We will stop in one of Scotland's most beautiful and magical valleys: the Glencoe Valley, where one of the bloodiest clan episodes took place. It is there that we can photograph the Three Sisters and also recognize some landscapes of such famous films as Harry Potter or James Bond.
Continuing, we will arrive at Glencoe, one of the most dramatic and historically significant valleys in Scotland. Known for its striking natural beauty and the tragic events of the Glencoe Massacre in 1692, this area offers panoramic views and a deep connection to the rich heritage of the Scottish clans. In the viewpoint of the Three Sisters you will have time to appreciate the landscape and capture memorable photographs.
We will continue our excursion to Loch Ness and cross Fort William. The great mountains of Scotland and the Ben Nevis will lead us into the Great Glen. This geological fault divides the heart of the Highlands and hosts Lake Linhe, Lake Lochy, Lake Oich and Lake Ness. The Caledonian Canal and the Fort Augustus Lock System will be our next destination. There will be time to visit the canal and those who wish can also take a cruise on Loch Ness. Don't forget your camera, the landscape will give you the best panoramas. Admission to the 1-hour Lake Ness cruise is not included in the price of the tour. Price for ViajarporEscocia.com customers – only pounds – £21.00 adults / £19 over 60 / £14 children from 4 to 15 / free for children under 4 years old. There is no discount for families.
The tour continues to Inverness, the vibrant capital of the Highlands. You’ll have free time to explore this charming city, stroll along the River Ness, admire the distinctive Inverness Cathedral built in red sandstone or relax in one of its cozy cafes, enjoying the unique atmosphere of the Highlands.
Returning to Edinburgh in the afternoon, the tour takes in breathtaking scenery. We will make a short stop in the charming village of Pitlochry, where you can rest and explore its picturesque streets before continuing. The return route will pass through Cairngorms National Park or the A9 road, giving you one last taste of the charm of the Highlands.

I really liked this excursion and would definitely recommend it. It is a long day, about 12 hours, but the truth is that time flies by. Mireia, our guide, made the whole trip very entertaining. She told us many stories, anecdotes, and interesting facts during the tour and, in addition, she kept us informed of all the interesting points and places we were encountering along the way so that we wouldn't miss anything. It is clear that she knows the area very well and, above all, that she likes her job. I also want to especially highlight Stuart, our driver, who is excellent. He drove in a super smooth way during the whole trip, not a single sudden stop! Even with moments of very heavy rain, he drove with great safety, calmness, and confidence, making us feel very comfortable and safe at all times. In short, I loved the experience. It is many hours, but thanks to Mireia and Stuart the day is very pleasant, entertaining, and interesting from beginning to end. I totally recommend it!
The guide, Mireia, is an excellent professional. She told us countless things about the history of Scotland, advised us on the stops, and looked after us the whole time. The driver, Stuart, also did his job excellently, even with adverse weather conditions. Highly recommended
Mireia has been charming. She made me like history again and knew how to convey it very well. Stuart the driver also a 10/10. Despite the huge storm that fell on us, he did it wonderfully. Highly recommended excursion and guide!!
A unique experience, very well organized and complete. Comfortable transportation, and the most notable thing that made the experience perfect was our guide Marta, the “Sevillian,” very professional, attentive, and full of information that she shares with much passion for this wonderful country that is Scotland. Without a doubt, I would recommend “traveling through Scotland” and Marta to show you every corner. Thanks for the experience.
A beautiful and magical route that has left me speechless! Another of the things that I liked the most was the guide, Marta the Sevillian, an incredible girl, super pleasant and friendly, with whom we were able to learn and, above all, experience this wonderful trip to the fullest. Thanks to Marta for sharing her passion for Scotland and for what she does, and for making us feel at home at every moment.
The best guide to date, “the Sevillian,” everything explained super well and super approachable.
Marta the Sevillian, Excellent
I have been traveling all over the world for more than 30 years and I had not yet met a guide as well-trained in so many areas as Fer. Congratulations on having someone like him, who, in addition, has been attentive to us at all times, making the experience much more than a tour.
The trip with Alba was wonderful. She is an excellent driver and guide who took us to all the interesting spots comfortably and explained many interesting facts. A great day :)
