If you don’t have a smartphone, you can request a printed cruise route fact sheet from our team at the ferry terminal which is available in English, French, German, Italian, Japanese, Spanish, Chinese, Korean, Ukraine and Arabic. Your ticket is valid at any time during the day that you have booked. The cruises depart every hour on the hour from Liverpool Pier Head Gerry Marsden Terminal (just arrive at least 20mins prior to departure to redeem your voucher)

Liverpool
I had no wi fi on the boat I couldn’t log on to the QR code , I asked one of the staff and I was told there was no wi fi the guy looked awkward about it as he couldn’t help me . I understand this was the second day this boat was in service .

Thanks for the review. I'm sorry to hear you were unable to use the digital audio guide. You only need a small amount of data to download the tracks and the guide will work in an offline mode during the cruise. We recommend scanning the QR code before you get on the ferry. There is wi-fi in the terminal building for guests to use if required. We also offer a free sightseeing guide/map which can be requested from our ticket desk.

Interesting & efficient tour
Very efficient and well organised excursion. Interesting information on the history of the river snd surrounding environs and buildings. Commentary available via QR code to your phone, so make sure you take your headphones! Shame that the commentary isn’t available to all (including those without smart phones) as this means some travellers miss out

Nice cruise with very informative information. We enjoyed spotting the Different buildings. Very easy getting on and off.

Worth doing
First time we have done this trip . We didn’t know what to expect. It was very informative and we were lucky because it was a warm clear day . It took 45 minutes and was not expensive. So pleased we did this as enjoyable.

Perfect 50 minute round cruise
Great way to see the city. Chilly on the water so take a coat ( October) Lovely views of the city. We all enjoyed it ( party of 6)

A 45-minute trip and a stopping point on the way.
You sail 45 minutes back and forth on a river. Another stop to let other people in and that for 20 euros. It was just a pont that was nicely painted

Thanks for the review. The cruise duration is 50 minutes with a short stop on the Wirral side of the river. You can see many of the famous landmarks from the ferry including the Royal Albert Dock & Cathedrals.

Nice little adventure
A nice little trip across the Mersey. Lovely sights and was a lovely day when we visited. Never done this before and my 14 year old son enjoyed it too.

Very Enjoyable
I enjoyed the ferry trip , I took the 10am ferry not that busy , when the ferry returned the queue for the 11am was enormous. Very good commentary, scan the QR code and don't forget your earbuds. There is a cafe at the terminal, coffee is good. I enjoyed the trip , it gives you a great insight into the River Mersey and Liverpool.
