Important Information

• Infants are required to sit on an adult’s lap
• Specialized infant seats are available
• Suitable for all physical fitness levels
• Children must be accompanied by an adult

• We are Flexible but if exceeding the time limit will have an additional value. Any flight delay should always inform us, otherwise no show will be given. Any type of flight delays or even cancellations are the responsibility of the airline.

• Hotel and apartment pick up includes maximum 30 minutes of waiting.
• Airport pick up - Inform us about the flight number and time of pick up. Includes 1 hour of waiting and more 30 minutes of tolerance (maximum). Please advise us in advance of flight delays or cancellations to make changes. If you do not inform us, we will not make any kind of payment refund.
