Our guide, Leidy, made this tour great. She presented the history through very colorful, interesting stories which brought the city to life. While we had taken a similar tour several years ago, she took us to places and sights that we had not seen before. Her English was impeccable. Highly recommend!

This tour is an absolute must for anyone visiting Lima for the first time. Whenever I travel to a new city, I make it a point to start with an introductory tour like this to get my bearings and understand the layout of the neighborhoods and local communities. This experience fulfilled that purpose perfectly—but what made it stand out was our guide, Felipe.
Admittedly, I was initially unsure about Felipe due to his youthful appearance. I wondered how much insight he could offer. I couldn’t have been more mistaken. Felipe was not only incredibly knowledgeable about Lima’s history and cultural landscape, but also highly attentive to our group’s needs. My family and I truly appreciated his depth of knowledge and engaging style.
After the tour, we invited Felipe to join us for dinner. He gladly accepted and even recommended several great restaurants in the area. Once we made our choice, he shared the backstory of the restaurant we selected—its origins, the history of its founder, and its evolution over the years. It added such a rich layer to our dining experience.
