This was an amazing experience! Not only did I learn how to make mole but I learned about the history of mole and the different regional varieties. I completely recommend this if you are interested in cooking or want to cook delicious food.

We learned so much about the history of how Mole was developed in the city of Puebla, Mexico. Carla was passionate about sharing the history and her home.
