Short ride low tone
Flight too short, should capture more. Barley could hear pilot. Please talk louder and provide more information of sites

Viator clearly states that the helicopter tour duration is 10-12 minutes including loading and unloading. The flight route for the Las Vegas night Strip helicopter flight is regulated by the Las Vegas Air Traffic Control Tower. The flight is flown in a anti-clockwise route starting from Harry Reid International Airport and then proceeds North along the East side of the Strip Resort Hotels towards the HighRoller and Las Vegas MSG Sphere. The flight then heads to Downtown Las Vegas and then proceeds south along with West side of the Strip flying past the City Center, T-Mobile Area before turning back towards Harry Reid Airport. Our David Clark headsets have a volume control button located on the right-hand side of the headset. We will pass your comments onto our Flight Department.

Vegas night views were spectacular
Great experience overall with great views Though I did have some initial trouble with my reservation being moved to a later time slot without prior authorization (?overbooking of my original slot), which was frustrating. But moving past that issue, the rest of the experience was great including the meeting point being very well set up with a good team providing information before the flight, and the views were amazing and good value for price

Not the best
We made our own way there which was our choosing. Advised to be there half an hour early which we were for an 8pm flight, flight took off about 8.20pm so quite a long wait. I was given seat 6, and my partner seat 5, we had no view of the strip at all. I caught a glimpse of the sphere, that’s it!! Booked this for my 60th , what a disappointment!!. I know there’s going to be the weight ratio etc given to why the seats are allocated but if we all pay the same price we should all get the same experience?? I feel whoever is allocated these seats are given a percentage refund as they then have the flight without the views , which to me is much fairer. It’s not something I will be booking again as it’s not a cheap experience to be disappointed.

We require passengers to arrive at our Heliport at least 30 minutes prior to their schedule helicopter departure time. Please ensure that you bring a valid government issued ID. All passengers will be weighed on a calibrated scale. Due to the safe operation of the helicopter, passengers exceeding 220 Lbs will be assigned the rear seats directly behind the Pilot. These seats provide additional leg room and easier access to board and disembark the helicopter. Our Airbus helicopters are configured with stadium style forward facing seats for 180 degree panoramic views of the Las Vegas Strrip and attractions. We strongly recommend that passenger look directly forward during their helicopter tour experience. Avoid looking directly down at resort hotel parking lots and residential areas. Being seated on the right hand side of the helicopter provides excellent views of the HighRoller, Las Vegas MSG Sphere, Downtown Las Vegas, City Center, T-Mobile Center, Mandalay Bay, Luxor and the Allegiant Stadium.
