Please arrive at the airport at least 45 minutes before your scheduled helicopter flight to ensure a smooth check-in process. For added convenience, hotel transfers are available from most Las Vegas Strip and Downtown hotels if the option is selected.

Pickup Locations & Times
All guests must call within 72 hours of their tour to reconfirm tour details, including their pickup time and pickup location. Please look for a large vehicle with Papillon Grand Canyon Helicopters displayed prominently on its exterior. Your driver will transport you to our terminal in Boulder City, Nevada. The drive takes approximately 35 minutes. Guests who prefer to drive themselves to the departure location are welcome to do so and will not miss any portion of the tour experience. Self-drive guests are required to check in 45 minutes prior to the scheduled departure time at our Boulder City terminal. • Excalibur: Outside the Rotunda Tour Lobby. • Aria: Underground Tour Lobby. • Planet Hollywood: Underground Tour Bus Lobby.. • Bellagio: Underground Tour Lobby. • Treasure Island: Shuttle P/U area next to the Uber, Lyft Rideshare area. • Wynn: Outside the South Gate Entrance. • Circus Circus: Outside - East Valet Entrance facing LV Blvd. • Golden Nugget: Outside Tour Lobby area on 1st St.

- If no transfers options is selected, customers must arrive 45 minutes to the Airport prior to the schedule flight for check-in.

It does not matter what language you choose... the tour is in English. You barely see a small corner of the canyon, although the pilot was nice.

What an experience. Well worth the money. The whole experience was very well organised and professionally delivered. From hotel pick up to safety explanations - spot on. Our pilot Jimmy was outstanding. Very engaging, great sense of humour and provided us with good information throughout our journey. Having read the reviews, I wanted to provide my own. Excellent from start to finish and would 100% recommend it to anyone. We paid a $60 per person extra (offered when we arrived) to sit at the front next to the pilot - well worth it!

Rushed and for the price paid not up to scratch Had to chase tour operator multiple times pick up location and time as different information provided twice resulting in stress and confusion The tour was rushed, as soon as landed in the canyon pilot says quick take photos now as you won’t be able to later. Picnic was a few pretzels and small cake bar, no photos taken by pilots of us at canyon just one in front of helicopter On way back, staff member got lost in a parking lot and then was told to pick up passengers at bellagio instead of dropping us back, rude and completely disrespectful

Extraordinary. Breathtaking views, very smooth and comfortable helicopter flying, very friendly pilot. Drinking a glass of champagne in the middle of the Grand Canyon, what else? 😀 A piece of advice, do not order the strip flyover as an extra, because he has to fly over it anyway to return to the airport and there is always at least one of the participants who ordered it (6 passengers in the helicopter)
