A lovely day out and some memories for my dad
We were visiting England for my dad’s 75th birthday and before he left England in the 1970’s he spent alot of time in the Lake District as a child. He wanted to go back to visit but didn’t know where to start. This tour was a lovely glimpse into the beauty of the area without the stress of driving. David was our tour guide and was very knowledgeable, kept the day moving smoothly and even enjoyed some fun football banter with my dad. We had a great time overall and we highly recommend it!

Fantastic Lake District Tour

Day trip to Lake Windermere
Brilliant drive from Manchester to explore Lake Windermere and surroundings. Paul our guide was full of knowledge and kept us informed throughout. My daughter and I had a great time on cruise boat and steam train too which is included in price

Amazing trip
Our guide, Paul, knows everything about the area with here and there a joke. Recommend him strongly!
It’s a lot of time in the car, but with the views you have it is definitely worth the drive!

A perfect day.
We had a wonderful day.
Paul our guide was so knowledgeable about the area, the history and the wildlife. The whole day ran extremely smoothly from one experience to another.
The weather was also on our side, which made the experience even better.
Fish and chips by the lake, gingerbread in Grasmere, everything was perfect.
I would recommend this day out for all ages.
I will definitely use this company again in the future.
