Alessia was very...
Alessia was very knowledgeable. We were running late and it was easy to communicate with Viator and have Alessia wait for us. There was an event at the time of our tour (which we knew might be a possibility) but Alessia was able to get us into a box seat which is what we mostly wanted to see.

Bravo!
I have taken several private tours recently and I can tell this was of too quality. Stefano is a wonderful guide to La Scala, and also the set up in the theatre is exemplary, the museum with its various displays and changing themes, and a chance to look int the big hall to see rehearsals is great, quite unlike in most opera houses.

Excellent Orientation
Had a great tour with my guide A lesson. She was very personable and entertaining, and we had a good overview of the history of not just the opera house but the city and its personalities.

Great opera house tour
The opera house tour was great. The guide, Elise, was friendly and knowledgeable and her enthusiasm shone through.
There were around 15 people in the group and this felt like a reasonable amount.
The opera house is amazing to see and the history adds to the environment.

Awesome tour of La Scala Opera House!
