It was really fun! Best thing to do in Kyoto tbh. Instructions were clear and the instructor was friendly and entertaining. He notices the way you sharpen your knife and will guide you correctly. He also took pretty cool videos for us!

Good experience. Listening guide and clear explanations. A bit of a wait at the beginning and a lot of noise around during the explanations about the session. Addition of extras without specifying at the beginning, but the possibility of not taking any extras.

The guide was super nice but we had to pay €112 for the knife in addition to having paid for the basic activity, so we took the classic knives but the handles were plastic
