Kuranda Rainforestation with Pamagirri Experience and Train

Watch an engaging dance performance in the rainforest amphitheatre before joining the interactive Dreamtime Walk, where Indigenous guides demonstrate traditional spear throwing, didgeridoo playing and boomerang techniques. This hands-on cultural experience provides insight into the stories, customs and connection to Country of local Aboriginal people. Encounter some of Australia’s most iconic native animals at the Koala & Wildlife Park. Wander through elevated boardwalks and wildlife enclosures to see koalas, kangaroos, wallabies, wombats, crocodiles, dingoes, reptiles and the elusive cassowary. Travel aboard the historic Kuranda Scenic Railway, one of Australia’s most iconic rail journeys. Winding through the mountains between Cairns and Kuranda, the railway passes through tunnels, over towering bridges and alongside dramatic waterfalls. Built in the late 1800s, this heritage experience showcases breathtaking scenery of Tropical North Queensland.
