This is the original, eco-adventure, canopy tour in the Magaliesberg Biosphere Reserve, professionally operated and unequalled by any of its rivals. Experience the 2 400-million-year-old Magaliesberg Mountains on a unique canopy tour through Ysterhout Kloof. The Magaliesberg Canopy Tour consists of 11 platforms, built high up within the rock faces of the kloof, and joined by 10 slides of up to 140 m long and 30 m above the stream below. Trained guides assure the safety of each client, while sharing interesting facts about the ancient mountain, surrounding ecology, bird and animal life. This is where your unforgettable, unmatchable adventure begins — enjoy flying through nature. At Magaliesberg Canopy Tour we can accommodate wheelchair-bound adventure enthusiasts, through our innovative sliding chair, called Lettie. We are only a 1½-hour drive from Johannesburg and Pretoria, halfway between Harteespoort and Rustenburg, in the heart of the Magaliesberg Mountains

Awesome!
Our experience with Magalies Canopy Tour were fantastic! We enjoyed every moment flying through the air in nature. The weather was cloudy, but on the tour not too cold. The staff were friendly and we enjoyed their company. I would say that this activity is worth the money. We did the 10-line tour in an hour. Thank you once again for an amazing time.

Incredible experience
Wow. What an absolutely amazing experience. From the start to the end Calvin and Lesego our tour guides were incredible they made us feel so at ease and just made the experience all that better .

It was super fun and exciting at times could be quite scary but if you follow the rules and pay full attention when the guides is speaking you’ll be just fine

It was such a fun experience. We went out for my son's 13th birthday. Him and 2 friends and hubby and me. It was such an adrenalin rush. The kids enjoyed it. The adults enjoyed it. Now... KUDOS to our 2 guides. The 2 gents were absolutely amazing. SO much patience from them. Thank you gents for a great time.

Did the Magalies Canopy tour and had Danger (Richard) and Tifo as our guides. They were great and we thoroughly enjoyed the experience. We will definitely do this again and highly recommend this for a day out with friends or family.
