Experience the 2 400-million-year-old Magaliesberg Mountains on a unique canopy tour through Ysterhout Kloof. The Magaliesberg Canopy Tour consists of 11 platforms, built high up within the rock faces of the kloof, and joined by 10 slides of up to 140 m long and 30 m above the stream below. Trained guides assure the safety of each client, while sharing interesting facts about the ancient mountain, surrounding ecology, bird and animal life. At Magaliesberg Canopy Tour we can accommodate wheelchair-bound adventure enthusiasts, through our innovative sliding chair, called Lettie. An amazing experience, tour guides Tefo and Ishmael were amazing, friendly, fun and trustworthy.( Literally trusting them with our lives) would definitely come again with more people. So yourself a favour and come down to Magaliesburg canopy tour. You get a few fun facts on the way, with amazing views.
Our tour guide was Ishmael and Tefo, who gave us such a fun experience ! Ishmael was awaiting our arrival when we arrived promptly and had us geared up. We then drove to the canopy site and, what a hoot! Tefo was super funny and engaging , Ishmael was friendly and professional. Would recommend !
The guides were a lot of fun and made the trip a great experience.
