Honestly couldn’t say enough nice things about my experience being picked up from Krakow airport tonight. Simon was so clear with his instructions over WhatsApp ahead of pickup that I was immediately at ease and knew what I had to do which takes so much of the stress out of the situation when travelling alone. Simon introduced himself and was so friendly from the get go. He chatted kindly and comfortably during the drive, he slowed down to make sure that I could take in the sight of a family of wild pigs on the side of the road - which was certainly a first for me. I asked him to help me out with the words for ‘hello’, ‘thank you’ and ‘sorry’ and he was patient and kind helping with the pronunciation. When we got into the city, Simon talked to me about the history, I asked about the rules of the road (which seem like a minefield to navigate) and the whole time, it was all just very easy and comfortable. The 30 minute drive felt like no time at all. We realised when we stopped that Google maps brought us further away than intended, and even though it would only have been a short walk and I was happy to do it - Simon insisted that he had the time to take me the short distance to save me walking over a particular junction that would be complicated for a pedestrian brand new to the city - and when I saw it - I was very grateful. All in all - I could not have asked for a warmer welcome to Krakow, and Poland on the whole. Travelling as a solo female and being made to feel that safe is invaluable. Thank you, Simon!

Great, reliable service
Our driver was Adriano Borowiec. What a really lovely guy. He was so welcoming and friendly when he met us at the airport. He maintained contact with us prior to the pick up and left clear instructions on where to meet him. He was so knowledgeable about the area and gave great recommendations on restaurants and local attractions. We could have booked our excursions with him but, unfortunately, had booked elsewhere. We would use him again and would definitely recommend him to anyone. What a star. 😃⭐️

Excellent journey into Krakow
Simon arrived on time and gave us very good instructions so we could easily find him. He was really friendly and the drive to our accommodation was so interesting as Simon told us a lot of stuff about the area - it was like a guided tour. Would highly recommend.
