The driver was on time at the pick up location, he was well dressed and polite. He placed our luggage in the car. The vehicle was a large, comfortable SU V style car with a large seating section. The drive to the airport was smooth and comfortable and safe. The airport arrival was on time and, the driver took the luggage out of the vehicle for us and placed them on the sidewalk.
We waited for a long time in customs, even though i wrote several messages, first one from home; the driver got inpatient, he waited for us, but was inpatient; I had a bad experience last yesr in Barcelona….

Upon landing, I received a message from the driver via WhatsApp indicating that he was in the airport. He requested to communicate with him upon my arrival of my luggage. The van was of exceptional quality and was extremely comfortable.

Totally painless pickup experience for a jet-lagged solo traveller. Coordinator sent me a WhatsApp message during layover confirming pickup instructions, and the driver was waiting for me as planned with a name sign in the pick up area. Highly recommend.
We had an excellent transfer experience with this company and I would highly recommend them. Being our first time to Poland, this company made everything smooth and easy. Nice vehicle, room for 4 even thought there were only 3 of us. Plenty of room in back for 3 medium suitcases and 3 backpacks with room to spare. Driver arrived on time and dropped us at the airport as scheduled. He helped put luggage into vehicle and take out.
