Step onto the mats in Ao Nang and train through authentic Muay Thai drills, working on movement and defense before putting your strikes together on pads and bags. First-timers are guided through each move step by step, while experienced trainees can work on cleaner technique, sharper timing, and better control. Join a Group Class for shared energy, choose Private 1:1 for focused coaching, or take Private 1:2 to train for one hour with a friend and one coach.
