What a great trip - regardless of the downpour! Pulling into Ketchikan we didn't have any excursions planned for the day. We saw the weather was not in our favor and on a whim, decided to book a tour to try to see as much of Ketchikan as we could while fighting the rain. A tour with a vehicle to accommodate our wish list seemed perfect! Rhianna made sure we got to see all of our wishes. She was full of information on all things Alaska and Ketchikan. She asked what we wanted to see most and did her very, very best to get us to see these things. And she delivered! She was funny, personable, outgoing, informative, kind, and genuine. She made the tour for us in real time based on our questions and curiosity. She stayed at sights as long as we wanted to. Never rushed us. We enjoyed all the sights she was able to take us to. While we went into the tour knowing that wildlife doesn't come when called, she found us a lot of bears, which was our favorite part of the tour. We would highly recommended this tour and Rhianna if you are looking for fun facts, great jokes, and seeing Ketchikan in it's most beautiful, authentic state.

The Ketchikan All In One tour provides both the historical and scenic parts of Ketchikan, in a fully narrated 2.5 hour seaside tour. We will share our history rich city (including Creekstreet and the salmon ladder), explore the world's largest collection of totem poles at Saxman Native Village, have a chance to view a wide variety of wildlife at Herring Cove (including bears, seals and eagles) and see a beautiful waterfall. Rihanna was such a fun tour guide! We appreciated the sharing of all her insights, knowledge, and experiences. We were able to see wildlife including eagles, seals, the salmon run, and even a bear (from far away).
In theory this excursion sounds fine, but in practice I found it a bit disappointing. The mentioned locations were certainly visited, but there wasn't much time for each location. Besides, I didn't like the guide very much. He told a lot, but it was unfortunately mostly incomprehensible. At first I thought it was because English is not my first language, but it was also hard to understand for American fellow passengers. Too bad.
It was a beautiful experience I would highly recommend it to anyone that’s interested in it. It was so peaceful and relaxing. I recommend it to everyone. It simply was the best decision that I made by far.
Rianna was an amazing tour guide through town. Being born and raised in Ketchikan she knew the stories of every corner of town and exactly where to find any and all wildlife. She was so fun to be with. We both walked away and said we could have spent the entire day with her rather than the short 2 hours we had wth her and her wealth of knowledge about the area and its life!!
This tour is run by locals. Our group had 60 people so the tour guide brought in people who were inexperienced about the area. She didn’t have a lot of local info even though she lived there. The tour description stated we would receive soda and water but that was not offered any. Overall, not a great tour experience.
This tour was amazing and the tour guide was very friendly and her knowledge of Ketchikan was fantastic. I would highly recommend you do this tour.
Tour guide was one of the best. We've ever had on our trips. We got to see a bear, all the stops we made were beautiful. And she shared so much information, it was great. Definitely. Would recommend this tour and the tour guide.
Shane was so much fun! He is definitely an Alaskan expert and knows the animals! Showed us so many wildlife and places we would have never found on our own. Our experience was amazing in Ketchikan. We appreciate him and this company. Don’t miss out on your next Ketchikan adventure!
We have just returned from an amazing trip in Ketchikan. Our tour guide was a local lady, Rhiannon, who had lots of info, knowledge and tips. We saw bald eagles, Sitka black tailed deer, salmon, Stella jays and 4 black bears. What an amazing afternoon, one of the best trips we have ever been on, would highly recommend.
