Kayaking Mangroves Mauritius

Great fun paddling in the mangroves with a swim and a short walk through indigenous forests thrown in. Guides were excellent.

Supper fun adventure the guide is really good and he also told us alot about the mangrovs wouldn recommend 100%.

Very good experience in beautiful surroundings and informative guides and very safe. It can be a little tricky to get there so make sure you do your homework the day before

A lovely tour through the mangroves. However, only about 1 hour will be spent. Actually kayaking. The rest consists of snorkeling, a small picnic, and an island visit.

Nice relaxed kayak trip Unfortunately it rained extremely in the morning, so we were already soaking wet on departure. Small group with only 9 participants. Snorkeling in the mangroves was great

Great experience. The sea kayak ride to Amber Island is fantastic. We discover the mangrove, beautiful fish and the history of this island. Thank you Nisha our guide who was great. Go ahead, it’s sublime.

It was well organised, Nik and Floyd were helpful and had a good sense of humour. The trip was lovely, through the mangroves. We had plenty of time to snorkel and swim. It was nice to go onto Amber island, where they provided coffe, juice and delicious cake, which the lizards ate from our hands! We are English and there were different nationalities in the group who were all very friendly and good fun. Well worth doing this trip.

Very nice kayak tour of about 3 hours length. We got a great insight into the mangrove forests. There were two guides, one of whom accompanied the tour in English and the other in French. Reasonable price quality ratio. We were a small group of 7 people.

We did a 3 hour kayak trip to Ile d'Ambre with Floyd who was a brilliant guide - he knew a lot about the history of the island, about mangroves and ensured that we were all safe during the kayak trip. The trip takes you around parts of the island's coast, through mangroves, to great snorkelling spots, on the island to explore old ruins and finishes with some snacks before you kayak back to mainland.

Nothing extraordinary. Our guide is not up to standard, so bad value for money .. We think we're sailing in the mangrove , we're just taking a walk .. Small snack without interest .. In short, a bit boring as an activity if you are not lucky enough to have the right guide.
