This was much more than a tea ceremony, it was a peaceful and meaningful experience that became one of the highlights of our visit to Kamakura. Miki led the tea ceremony with warmth, patience, and genuine enthusiasm. She explained not only what to do, but also the meaning behind each part of the ceremony, answering all of our questions in great detail. Learning about the traditions, preparing our own matcha, and taking the time to slow down and be present made the experience truly special. The atmosphere was calm, welcoming, and intimate, and both Miki and Takumi made us feel at home. If you're looking for an authentic cultural experience in Kamakura, I highly recommend this tea ceremony. It's something we'll remember long after our trip.
