Description
On this 3-hour walking tour we’ll explore Milan’s historic quarter and uncover the fascinating story of the Jewish community, past and present. We’ll learn about the city’s different historical periods and their impact on Jewish life, hear captivating stories about Jewish life in Milan today and in the past, and discover the history of the Jewish people in Italy. Along the way we’ll follow Jewish traces and monuments hidden in the streets in surprising locations. We’ll also visit Milan’s must-see landmarks - the Duomo, the Galleria Vittorio Emanuele, and more – and reveal the Jewish connections within them. A highlight of the tour is the Sinagoga Centrale di Milano, just 10 minutes from the Duomo (entry by prior arrangement). Important notes: synagogue entry requires a minimum donation of €10 per person, advance booking, and passports for security. For last-minute bookings, entry cannot be guaranteed. The Holocaust Memorial is not included but can be visited independently.

Very well organised....
Very well organised. Meeting place confirmed prior to tour. Adi was an excellent guide clearly explaining all the places on the tour with plenty of information. We had general questions about Milan and she answered these too. Thank you.

Great tour of Milan both Jewish Milan and otherwise
Our Guide Adi was incredibly knowledgeable and kind. The whole tour was well planned and organized. And both recommendations of restaurants were great. Don’t hesitate to take this tour. It included things other than Jewish Milan.

Highly Recommended: Jewish Guided Tour of Milan in English
In three hours that flew by too quickly, Gali gave us a fascinating and marvelous tour of Milan in English - focusing on Jewish history, culture and connections, and broadening the scope to include more comprehensive coverage of the city at large. She is very knowledgeable, and presented the information in an interesting, meaningful and delightful way that magically kept two grandparents and our 13-year old granddaughter engaged. We covered a lot of ground, and Gali was attentive to set the pace to accommodate the needs of all. Rinati had prepared us well with the details beforehand, and the arrangements all went smoothly. Highly recommended!

Best three hours in Milan :)
I had the best three hours in Milan with Gali, who was passionate and knowledgeable about Jewish life in Milan. As it was only the two of us (and Anna), the tour was intimate and time flew by so quickly - it felt like I was exploring hidden sides to the city with a friend. The tour also included a quick stop for a coffee, which served as an introduction to the coffee culture in Milan and a perfect interlude on a summer day. Highly recommend this tour!

Wonderful Jewish Tour of Milan
The Jewish tour was excellent. Adi, our guide, was knowledgeable as she imparted so many interesting historical and cultural facts.The tour included architectural history and style from Gothic to Modern as seen on famous landmarks.Despite the heat, we enjoyed every minute of the tour, and we highly recommend it.

A great history of the Jews of Milan
The Jewish tour of Milan was a great experience. Adi was a fabulous tour guide. She was very friendly and knowledgeable and provided interesting insights about the community. The tour included various major landmarks in the area with explanations from a Jewish perspective. This was a worthwhile trip and I highly recommend it.
