Super experience
Very nice trip to the lighthouse. Flexible organization and fine guidance. Had serious transport problems and this was handled perfectly

Sensational
We booked an hour of jet skiing and had a very good time! The guide was friendly and gave us a lot of freedom during the outing, which allowed us to fully enjoy the jet skis and open the throttle in complete safety. Very good thrills and a truly pleasant experience! Small downside regarding the snorkeling part, which was a little less interesting than expected. We did not have masks or snorkels available, which necessarily limits the interest of the activity and does not really allow one to enjoy the seabed.

Great fun if you have some experience with jet skiing already
Our friends in puerto pollença highly recommended this and their photos looked amazing so we decided to hire two Jet skis and do the sunset tour for one hour . The guy on the platform was good and explained things but not in great details only the basics of manning the jet ski . The actual guide was not very interested and belittled us for not knowing how to ride the jet ski . Would i recommend it ? Yes if you’ve ridden one before then it would be great fun but don’t go in green unless you’re totally fearless and an adrenaline junky lol Photographs were dark

Very aggressive, rude staff. They made me cry. I wanted to go to the police.

Jet ski
The experience was nice, especially being able to go full throttle with my son, but the time actually spent at sea is quite short because of the 15 minutes to leave the location and the 15 minutes to return. In the end, that leaves about 30 minutes of actual sailing time.

Do not go under any circumstances
Frankly, it is a shame that we cannot give 0 stars because it does not deserve one. Today, August 19, 2026, we decided to go jet skiing; the owner insulted us several times upon arrival, and only one of the two people was able to enjoy it because he did not want us to switch, even though it was written that we could switch places on the jet ski, He threatened us with death if we switched

Terrible experience, rude and overbearing staff except for one Italian guy Tour lasted very little time. The transfer driver was a very nice guy

Jetski trip to the Lighthouse of Alcanada
We had a amazing trip with our Tour Guide named RENATA!After some Instructions of the Jetski we started the Trip along the Coast!Renata shoot some Pictures from us and we got the Pictures oder WhatsApp!We would make this again in our next holoday in Alcudia!Best wishes Tanja and Michael

Unbelievable, don’t miss this tour
Booked at Iberostar Albuferia Playa with a rep at the hotel. Super easy and was a bit apprehensive on what the tour wa going to be like. I’m so glad I booked it, we rented 2 skis and my son who’s 14 went as a passenger with me. My brother was on the other ski. Lifted at the hotel bang on time with a well AC’d car and took to the marina. There, we met Renata our tour guide. She was so friendly and approachable about all the stuff and really skilled on what to look out for and show us around the island. We had the most unbelievable experience and couldn’t recommend this experience enough. Especially if you get Renata, she was made for this role. We will definitely be booking it again would tell anyone to “get it booked” if they’re even thinking about it. Thanks again folks
