Value for money 8/10 Quality of photographs 4/10 Guide 2/5 because he was stroppy , photographs were dreadful. He didn’t seem interested ! Whole experience was ok but you really need to know how to ride a Jet ski before doing this because instructions were basic. This was highly recommended to us but didn’t meet our expectations mainly because of the guide .

A great day out! 30 minutes of fun jet skiing around Alcudia whilst also getting some pictures whilst out there. Our guide was helpful and made sure we had a great day out. Would definitely recommend this for families/friends/couples as we have no regrets. We had 2 other groups with us but it still felt private .

Disappointing and Unprofessional Experience Unfortunately, our experience was extremely disappointing from the moment we arrived. I had booked this experience for my daughters and, because the weather was poor, we deliberately arrived a little earlier to make sure everything was still going ahead. However, when we arrived, we were told that they did not have our booking, despite me showing the staff our ticket confirmation. The staff were extremely rude, impatient and unhelpful. While we were trying to speak to them, some of the staff were smoking and throwing snacks at each other, which came across as very unprofessional and made us feel uncomfortable. We were then told to come back later because they were leaving due to the bad weather. When we returned, the staff appeared visibly annoyed to see us, which made my daughters feel very uncomfortable. They were already nervous, and the attitude of the staff made the whole situation even worse. The young lady who eventually took my daughters out was absolutely lovely, and I have no complaint about her at all. Unfortunately, by that point, my daughters were unable to properly enjoy the experience because they had felt awkward and uncomfortable from the very beginning. We also witnessed staff making rude comments about people passing by while we were waiting, which only added to the poor impression. I completely understand that bad weather can cause delays and changes to plans, and we were more than happy to be patient and cooperate. What was disappointing was the attitude and lack of professionalism from the staff. A little patience, courtesy and communication would have made a huge difference. Overall, it was a horrible experience and not what we expected at all. The actual activity may have been enjoyable under different circumstances, but the behaviour of the staff completely overshadowed it for my daughters.

The transfer from the hotel was on time but unfortunately no air conditioning on in the fully occupied minibus. Upon arriving at the harbor, nobody there was initially interested. It would have been nice to receive some information on how the process would work. Instead, just standing around. Finally arriving at the jet skis, things went very quickly with clear instructions. My jet ski beeped every 30 seconds and the engine light was on. I raised my hand (agreed-upon signal), but the guide wasn't interested. In the line of 4 jet skis, I was the last one and obviously the only one who followed the rules (100m distance, no overtaking...). The couple on the vehicle in front of me was constantly dawdling, only busy with selfies and switching drivers, and I had to keep stopping because of that. We almost missed the connection until I had enough and overtook them anyway, until I had caught up with the group somewhere again. There was a short stop there, and photos were taken of everyone and sent immediately. Finally, I brought up my concern about the beeping here as well. As long as the thing is running, I shouldn't worry. On the way back, I was supposed to be the last one again, and the couple was dawdling around once more. So I overtook them faster. Unfortunately, the guide isn't interested in that at all, which is a shame. Otherwise, the experience was great and is something you should do at least once.
