Sinead was brilliant Highly recommend
Excellent guide 715pm till 9pm on Thursday thoroughly enjoyed well knowledge and great insight always wanted to do this glad picked ripper vision thankyou
A wonderful and fascinating tour made all the better for our tour guide Mike, who's knowledge of the events of that era were superb. Open to questions but he covered every event in every location with such knowledge questions were rarely needed.Would love to return on a dark evening in the autumn / winter with the 1888 fog rolling in. Thoroughly recommended.
Pleasant and lovely pace ...more than we expected..considerate to all needs and still respectful to local businesses and tourists
I purchased the Jack the Ripper tour for my wife which loves true crime. Our tour guide was amazing, knowledgeable, he even dressed the part of a detective which was cool. He had great energy and was super engaging the whole time. He shared cool bits of history that added to the story. We would highly recommend this tour for anyone who loves true crime, history and the obscure.
We had a fantastic time on our tour with Mick! He is incredibly knowledgeable about the area and subject and made sure he interacted with all of us and answered any questions. The pictures/projections were a great addition and really added to the feel of the place and story. I also liked that he ensured we all knew how to get back safely and waited around for any questions. I have purchased his book, so looking forward to diving more into the subject!
The guide was friendly, approachable, easy to follow, and started right on time, which I appreciated. Unfortunately, the tour itself didn’t quite meet my expectations. Much of the experience felt like long stretches of walking with relatively little discussion, and many of the stories focused on locations far from where we were actually standing, which made it hard to feel immersed in the area. I was hoping for more unique insights and connection to the locations we visited, but much of the information felt similar to what could be found in a Wikipedia article or online summary. Overall, the guide was great, but the tour itself was less engaging and memorable than I had hoped.
My friend and I thoroughly enjoyed this tour and found it absolutely fascinating. As a Ripperologist, our guide was highly knowledgeable, engaging, and clearly passionate about the subject. His enthusiasm brought the stories to life and kept us captivated throughout the entire experience. My only minor observation, which did not detract from the quality of the tour, was that although the guide was professionally dressed, his suit jacket was not clean. It was a small detail, but first impressions can make a difference...
This was a great, informational tour with lots to see and learn! You can tell the guides are extremely knowledgeable and cover the victims’ lives and deaths with care, while also highlighting the morbid parts that fascinate us to this day. Rob did a wonderful job and was a super engaging guide!
The guide was very passionate and knowledgeable about the subject! There was more walking than talking tho so that detracted a bit for us.
