Hey friends, Here a Venezuelan, as a Southamerican and Caribbean man, all life dreaming to know Iceland. I didn’t know about this activity to do in the country, But for real was the best experience. Speedy was a good host and the Hungarian Pilot is so friendly and professional. I think it’s been one of the best activities that I made on 2026. Guys of course I will be back in Iceland. And of course I will do other flights with you in other sides of the island. God bless your business and increase your customers. Saludos desde Venezuela y Colombia . 🇨🇴🇻🇪. Son los mejores. We had a super great flight with a landing on the volcanic crater. Our pilot informed us very well and reported on the eruption that had occurred shortly before and the lava flows. We had fascinating views and insights. An all-around fascinating experience. Highly recommended!
Excellent experience, just wish there had been an active eruption …
Had an amazing time with Glacier Heli. The takeoff location was easily accessible, whole process was fuss free and the flight was amazing!
This is a good experience , but there is no volcano eruption now
Our flight was so much fun and incredibly exciting! It was amazing to land and take a short walk on the lava fields. Thank you for this unforgettable experience!
Did this experience with my sister. The entire process was very easy. Our pilot was great. We fly over to the site of a previous volcanic eruption. It was super cool to be standing on top of volcanic rock. Overall great experience!
A short helicopter trip over the site of a number of recent eruptions, with a landing on a lava flow from the past few years. This was a great chance to get a look at the landscape around a volcano up close. Our pilot was very knowledgeable, giving lots of information about the various eruptions, and how it affects those living nearby. We were even allowed to take a few small rocks, as our pilot said they would have more soon enough. Our flight took us over several interesting volcanic features, including craters, small cones, and active steam vents. The helicopter was also small (four passengers and pilot), allowing us to fly very close and bank for better views. Highly recommended for volcano enthusiasts!
This helicopter flight was among the best and an amazing conclusion to our Iceland trip. We were asked to come a day earlier because the weather conditions for the following day would not have been optimal; we found that very thoughtful and great service. The staff were very friendly and you felt comfortable right away. :) Thank you GlacierHeli for this great trip, which will definitely stay in our memories!
