Originally, they were suppose to pick up at our hotel but the night before, they told us the pick up point was a nearby bus station. It was close but hard to navigate our luggage to it.

Reliable, comfortable and clean
Very reliable service. You transfer from your hotel to the bus station in a mini or smaller bus then take a nice coach to the airport. The whole journey is very easy. I was worried that that little bus wouldn't turn up at 5am at the stop near the airport but it turned up as detailed in the text. The coach was full so it's important that you book your transfer. Very easy, clean and on time. Best for comfort and reliability.

Missed bus that cost 185.00 dollars taxi ride
Pick up time is confusing. It said 5.30am pick up time in large print. In small print says pick up is starting at 5am and lasting until 5.30am . We were at the stop at 5.10am. They would not give us a credit and it cost 185.00 for a taxi to the airport. Check your ppick up times carefully. They are confusing.

Don’t take the bus
Honestly I wouldn’t suggest you take the bus to the airport. You have to wait in any kind of weather outside. They use a grace period of 30 minutes. It’s not worth it. I’m a travel agent and wouldn’t suggest this to my clients.

Convenient
Easy to navigate. Bus was waiting as soon as we arrived at the terminal. Made getting to/from the airport easy.

Airport shuttle
Fly bus had many changes to pick ups on Saturday. The marathon was going so it was crazy. We missed the first pick up place, but I called them and they made arrangements for us to be picked up later. Great service, and the transportation was great to get back to the airport

Easy Trip
Although still costly, this is the best way to go, especially if traveling solo... taxis are beyond expensive! It is also helpful to understand the process. You'll be picked up from your starting location, but then are typically dropped off at the bus terminal for transport to your specific destination. In this case, it was hotel to bus terminal, then terminal to airport.

Airport drop off
Pick up easy. Was able to be picked up at a bus stop. Didn’t really care for the transfer at the main bus station however, cause I had to remove all the luggage and reload it.
