Service, length and employees are nice. Of course there are some upselling situations like taking photos while you are in the massage, but in general the VIP activity with your own private room is quite good and relaxing.

The offer is NOT VIP, absolutely look at the biket, if it says Regular Hammam, cancel immediately, that costs a lot less. The VIP package is very good, but the regular is mass handling without level and luxury. Best to look directly at the provider

Beyond expectation. This spa was very big, clean and well managed. Most staffs are kind and all the process are well-organized. Just 1 recommendation to improve, please control the doctor fish guy who gives much pressure on customers. Without this kind of promotion, the spa would be the best.

We were here twice, one visit was good and the other not so nice. Overall, it is a mass clearance, so you should take this into account when booking. You can save by booking a period in the morning, which has amounted to a 50% discount with us. The system looks unfinished from the outside and from the inside you can see one or the other defect. When passing through the individual stations, there are sometimes waiting times and sometimes you can only linger briefly. Real relaxation did not occur until the massage, where an incident occurred, which we felt was an assault. They couldn't seem to believe we were brothers and kept making allusions to being gay. Very childish behavior, which is why we have avoided this facility ever since.

Spa experience itself was ok, worth £80? Just about. What ruined it though was the fact we were charged an additional £20 for pickup. There is no mention of the additional charge in the experience advert, it was sprung in us the evening before the experience, so too late too cancel. So the £80 experience actually cost £100. Also, not the most friendly of welcomes.

Not as good as pictures and some reviews describe, but it’s a good value for money (when you compare it with European spas) The massage was the best part. But I found the venue generally not clean. I felt like everyone was rushing. Jakuzi is old and not powerful.

The driver was perfect on time at the airport in Hurghada. Very friendly driver. We had a nice trip from the airport to the hotel.

Sultan Hammam is located outside on the outskirts of Hurghada. It was neat and nice. Everything was of good quality. We enjoyed it immensely
