My husband and I booked this tour through Viator, as the official website for Parliament tickets had limited availability and they did not have the date/time we wanted. Everything was so well organized, as we met in one location where the tour providers called each of our names for our tickets (there was a man and a woman who were delightful, but unfortunately, I've forgotten their names,,,). This also enabled us to skip the long line selling tickets for that day only, which were most probably sold out or later that evening. The Parliament tour is audio-guided and the staff at Parliament gave excellent instructions on how to proceed. It is such an important and beautiful building and no trip to Budapest would be complete without seeing it and understanding its history. Recommended highly, especially if you can't get the tickets on your own for the exact day you want.
Such a lovely building. The guides were easy to find and were clear in their instructions on how to enter. The parliament guides gave us plenty of time to look and take pictures where we were allowed to and clear when we were not.

The tour guide was not where the English-language email from Viator said she would be. When my wife checked the location the guide was actually in, the guide did not hold up her sign and avoided her. We believe bias was a factor in the actions. When we finally located the tour guide, she was extraordinarily rude to us. We missed the tour and the tour company lied about our situation and stated they will not give us a refund. We have proof of what happened and will be happy to share it with Viator.

Interesting tour through the impressive parliament building in Budapest. The audio guide tour in many languages is exciting and informative. Arrive at the meeting point on time, as entry is otherwise not possible.

Beautiful building, great audio tour, guards on site around the crown (impressive for our kids). A must see in Budapest!

The Parliament building is absolutely stunning. I know why so many think this is a must see. A little confusing at the meeting point as we were told to be there 30 minutes ahead of time but no one from Vaitor showed up until 15 minutes later. Also would be nice if the Viator reps discussed the stairs and elevator option. By the time the tour guide informed us it was really too late.

An amazing building, maybe better viewed via a YouTube clip as was an expensive 45mins for non EU visitor. It was a pre-recorded audio tour that works well but hence no room for questions or discussion.

Definitely worth a visit, highly recommend. But try booking direct via the official Hungarian website, might have to do this in advance during busy periods, but same tour half the price of Trip advisor/Get your Guide, unfortunately I left it a week before and they were sold out.

I got to parliament, the tour was cancelled, but in the app it appeared as an event “confirmed”. Now there is no link to refund my money

A beautiful building inside and out. A bit chaotic getting our reserved tickets and very pricey compared to the many other tours we took.
