The meeting point is the Hungarian Parliament Visitor Center is located on the right hand side next to the Parliament building, if you are facing the river. Please go down the stairs and our hostess will be waiting for you NEAR THE ENTRANCE DOOR OUTSIDE, holding a board with the name so easy to find. Hotel pickup is not part of this experience.

It was a beautiful building. My listening device didn’t work well. Too expensive in my opinion. Saw a better price on Get Your Guide after already purchasing non refundable Viator tickets.

I made a mistake with the date when booking so I have not yet done this tour. Unfortunately the system doesn't allow for amendments so Viator kindly asked the Operator to accept my booking with the wrong date when I do the tour later this month. I hope all goes to plan. I also forgot to use Hungarian currency when booking so have been charged a rather large conversion rate to GBP. I hope to write a more positive review when I have actually done the tour.

we arrived at 2:30 PM, the appointment time, but because of a few minutes of delay the guide did not want to check our documents and let us join the group and furthermore not even add us to another shift, making us lose our money. I advise you to book from the official site, where they will certainly be more flexible regarding unforeseen events. Terrible experience

We were quite disappointed that this tour did not offer value for money and felt quite disorganised. Instructions to meet the guide outside were not clear, communication then re next steps also unclear. Within Parliament access felt quite restricted and we had hoped to have seen more. Compared to other experiences we felt this was a lot of money for the experience we had.
