Itinerary
Your day starts early with pickup from your hotel in Cusco. Traveling by transport will allow you to take in the stunning Andean scenery while enroute to Mollepata, the meeting point for breakfast. It is the perfect start to a day full of nature and adventure.
We will arrive at our restaurant in Mollepata, where a delicious breakfast buffet awaits. You can enjoy options like fruit salad, cereals and hot local herbal mattes, ideal for hiking and altitude preparation.
After breakfast, the journey continues to Soraypampa, the starting point of the hike. Our guide will give you the necessary instructions and accompany you during the ascent, which lasts about an hour. The route will offer you spectacular views of high mountains, making the road part of the experience.
When you reach 4,200 m.a.s.l., you will be breathless when you see the Humantay Lagoon. Its turquoise waters, surrounded by majestic glaciers and mountains, create a dreamscape. You will have time to take pictures, explore the surroundings and enjoy the tranquility of this magical place.
After the walk back to Soraypampa and the transport trip to Mollepata, a comforting buffet lunch awaits. Enjoy a variety of dishes typical of the region, accompanied by mate de muuña, perfect for digestion and adaptation to height.
Finally, the journey back to Cusco begins, taking you back to the city and leaving you in the comfort of your hotel. You will end the day with unforgettable memories of one of the most beautiful lagoons in the region.

We had a great experience with our tour guide and the hike! He was accommodating of letting us go faster than our group which we appreciated. Something to note - if you get car sick being some medicine it is a bumpy ride. Food was great and it was an amazing value!

A very interesting experience where you take a walk contemplating all the Andean beauty and then finish with a prize as is the view of the humantay lagoon in all its glory. Very dynamic and accompanied the walk with the guide Jhon.
