Overall a very good tour. Two issues: 1. They didnot pickup at out resort,Westgate 2. Driver Dan came on a little to strong about gratuities.

Good tour
Lots of good narration by Robert

Great tour that deserves to be 1hr longer
Tour is great but should be extended by 60 minutes to be able to enjoy it. Our guide started the visit by stressing that we were on vacation, but then rushed us at each stop. As I took the visit from the generator that left me 10 minutes to go and walk on the dam itself. In Boulder city we had only 40 minutes to eat and visit the city. Doing both was not possible (I skip lunch that is OK). If the tour was starting at 9:00am from Treasure Island instead of 10:00am or if we were coming back by 4:30pm instead of 3:30pm the tour would be much better. I am stressing this because there is no reason to make the trip that short. Getting back by 4:30pm even 5:30pm leaves enough time to catch early evening shows that usually do not start before 7:00pm. Another point is instructions for pickup. I was asked to confirmed 3 days before I received instructions that I would receive a message to check in and track the bus on the day of the tour. I never received that message. If you do not send one, do not have that in the instructions.

Worth it!!
We booked this tour as part of our GoCity experience. Excellent value for the money. I feel that the length of the visit could be a little longer. We didn't have very much time after the tour to explore museums or gift shops. Our tour guide/driver was very boastful about himself. He did have a lot of knowledge about Hoover dam but loved to talk about himself most, which i thought was inappropriate. He also took us to other extra stops which in turn made us run late. Over all, the Hoover Dam tour was an amazing experience and a highly recommend.

If disabled, the walk...
If disabled, the walk inside is steep down and back up. Very informative for those interested in the use of Hoover Dam.
