- No alcoholic beverages are permitted on the vehicle during the tour. NPE tour staff reserves the rights to refuse guests who appear to be intoxicated or under the influence of drugs (including Marijuana) or alcohol; these guests will not be eligible for a refund.
- Tours require minimum participation. If minimums are not met, guests may be offered a reschedule, alternative experience, or full refund.
- Luggage policy: One piece of luggage per guest. Extra luggage by request(at an additional charge). If leaving luggage at your hotel, allow ample time to store it and reach the bus pickup location before departure.

It’s a great trip for a family, friends or by yourself. It’s a long trip but there are plenty of breaks. The coach is very comfortable. My tour guide Paulie was informative and friendly. He comunicated very well where we were going and how long it would take us. He was always on time. It was an excellent trip and felt it was a great value.

Don't, under any circumstances, agree to ride in the back seat of the 22 person van. It is an awful experience. Had I known how bad it was, I would not have gone. 14 hours of misery. (The parks were nice.)
We're glad you enjoyed the parks, but we're sorry the ride was uncomfortable. Due to restrictions for traveling through the Zion-Mt. Carmel Tunnel, tours are required to use smaller vehicles rather than full-size coaches. We understand that comfort can vary depending on seat location, especially during a long day, and we appreciate you sharing your experience.

Great tour! Nice a/c in the van. Lots of cold water provided as well as granola bars in addition to lunch. Mr. Jimmy Vegas told us lots of good stories and info about the area and had an excellent curated playlist for the entire ride! He’s also a great photographer and directed and took cool photos for us. Good bathroom breaks generally, except make sure to let the tour guide know after leaving Bryce if you have a weak bladder because you will probably drink a lot of water there and the next stop isn’t for a while. Bryce Canyon is very beautiful! I’m glad I came on this tour to see it and Zion. We saw a lot of cool things in both parks. Thanks Jimmy!

I loved it! Communication was very clear. Was taken to spots people don’t know of and was very beautiful. Our guide Jimmy Vegas was amazing and was a huge part of making this tour fun (also good at taking photos). Definitely would do it again and worth it.

Great way to get away from the hustle and bustle of the strip to connect with nature and witness the breathtaking beauty of two parks in one day! Pauly was a great tour guide, pleasant knowledgeable, and funny! We had numerous stops to explore and break the roadtrip up. It didn’t feel like a long journey; instead, we were engaged and the sights are amazing! Even when you’re in the van! As a bonus, you get free passes to Madame Tussaud's wax museum. We got dropped off at Treasure Island and is a short walk to the museum. Plenty of time to enjoy after the trip. Then headed to the Venetian Mall food court for a quick dinner and it made for a perfect day! Highly recommend!

Best experience ever. Our fantastic guide, Pauley, was very knowledgeable and knew when to give us a minute to relax. However, for most of the trip gave us some amazing facts and stories about the area. He came prepared for the heat of the day with waters for everyone and made sure we stayed on time for the tour while also giving us ample amount of time to visit the various stops. I could not have asked for a better day! The views are unmatched to anything I’ve ever seen.
