Our guide will take you on a Scenic drive along the Coast before arriving at The Daintree Saltwater Barramundi Farm. After a quick loop round the farm you are dropped off at Hook-A-Barra's main entrance. Guides will induct you to the farm and get you ready for your fishing session. Guests will enjoy 1 hour of catch and release fishing, before settling down for a paddock to plate lunch. Guests are dropped back to their start location.

We had the best day. Not really sure what to expect, but we took a chance. I believe your experience is all about the people. Noah a very young crew member, was assigned to look after us, and we are not mermaids by any form - hopeless in fact, but Noah was terrific, it was clear right from the first cast that he loved his job, he was professional, mindful, loved a banter and made us laugh out loud. Thank you Noah - you were the best.

This tour was the highlight of our Port Douglas stay. Amos went well over and above what we expected and the best part was we caught Barramundi. We both would highly recommend this tour to everyone. What a lovely place! We didn't fish but took a farm tour instead. It was facinating and a lot of intresting facts about the history of the farm and day-to-day activities. And the lunch was so delicious! Just fish and chips but deserves all five Michelin stars. If you are in the area, go and visit the farm.
