Great bike tour of Lower town Quebec City.
We had a superb experience with Guy as our guide. He & the other bike shop staff were very helpful & flexible with “fitting” the members of our family of six with the right bikes (electric & road). His knowledge of Quebec History and his enthusiasm for sharing it was delightful. We thoroughly enjoyed seeing old Quebec City, riding along the St Charles River & buying berries at the Grand Marche. It was a wonderful way to tour the city!

A wonderful first-time glimpse of Quebec
Exploring this very bicycle-friendly city on this tour was a highlight of our trip to Quebec. Our guide Helene was personable and knowledgeable about local Quebecois sites and history. The bike ride was mostly flat and accessible to all skill levels.

A great morning cycle in beautiful Quebec City.
Dear Cyclo Services, we would like to say how much we enjoyed our Quebec City guided cycle ride with Jean Richard last week. As a guide born and bred in Qubec, his knowledge and lived experience of his city and province as well as his insight into what makes Canada so unique was second to none. Jean was very attentive and flexible to make sure we cycled safely and within our abilities throughout the tour. Cyclo services were great when we contacted them about our booking, and our tour with Jean was the highlight of our trip to Quebec. Thank you for a memorable experience and we look forward to cycling again with you in the future. Susan & Tareq (visiting from the UK).

Friendly staff, great guide, wonderful tour…but a bit pricey
Guy, the tour guide was great, the staff was very friendly, and we saw many areas of Quebec that we likely would not have seen had we rented bikes on own. We would have rated the experience a 5-star but we thought it was a bit pricey for the tour. The cost to rent 1 urban bike & 2 e-bikes (like we had on the tour) for 4 hours would have been $135 whereas the tour was $440 total for the 3 of us. Aside from that, the tour was great.

Thank you for your comment and we will keep it in mind for the futur

Enjoyable exercise & exploration of Quebec City
Fun, relaxing, & informative historical bike tour. Our guide, Luc, had a great sense of humor - his friendly, knowledgeable demeanor made the trip! One note: if you need/want an e-bike make sure to contact the shop ahead of time. There is a $30 up charge & they have to get the bikes configured.
