I returned to Tirana after ten years, this time for pleasure. I have noticed that the city has become much more European and that the economic gap between the population is more obvious. About half of the people live in comfort, while the other half are in rather severe poverty. Compared to ten years ago, I found people grumpier, perhaps tired of the constant waves of tourists. Despite this, I had a great time and got to visit places that I had not seen during my previous business trip, as I had little free time. It was also a pleasure to go back in front of the school where I taught classes with the students of the Academy of Fine Arts in Tirana. .
Grazie mille per aver condiviso la sua esperienza e per essere tornato a Tirana dopo tanti anni 😊 Siamo felici che abbia avuto l’occasione di riscoprire la città, visitare nuovi posti e rivivere anche alcuni ricordi legati al suo periodo all’Accademia delle Belle Arti. Tirana continua a cambiare rapidamente, e commenti come il suo sono sempre molto interessanti da leggere. Speriamo di rivederla ancora in Albania in futuro!
