It was like a living history lesson, but far more fun and immersive! The pacing was perfect—not rushed, with plenty of time to soak in the atmosphere, chat with locals, and enjoy perfectly poured pints of traditional cask ales and some excellent British pub classics. Conner was an amazing guide. He was charismatic, engaging, and very knowledgeable. He was with a young lady, Sara who was learning the ropes but she was nice too. The length of time of this tour was just right. You don't return to your starting point your tour ends at the last pub. The drink recommendations were great and he tried to Taylor it to the large group. He had great knowledge of the history of the places as well as the areas we visited. The pubs were spaced well apart and the pacing of the tour was right on. We would recommend.
