We were in Milan during the Olympics. Wanted to see the Museum of Technology and Sforza Castle. Our groups were appr. 35 persons each. Per tour guide 16 - 20 persons. Traffic was heavy and we arrived really too late at each of the 2 locations. The tour guides waited for us and didn't complain at all. They were very friendly and knowledgeable. Adapted easily to the questions and remarks of the guests. An absolute 5* for each of the 4!! Highly recommended.
Thank you very much, lovely meeting you all!
We were accompanied to Milan by Vera who managed to make us discover sides of Milan that we did not yet know, involving us and making us have a beautiful experience, Highly recommended Simone
Grazie mille, siamo molto contenti che vi siate trovati bene!
A good idea to see milan differently, with a person from the city. Commonplaces are avoided and there is always a new aspect to discover. Thanks to Laura for your professionalism and spontaneity.
Milan is a very exciting city I have been blessed with the opportunity to see a few times over the past years. This time around, I was traveling with a friend who was in Milan for the first time. We went on a walking tour with an excellent guide, Laura Serena. We were very happy with Laura’s enthusiasm and knowledge sharing information about her home town, fascinating Milan. Laura is also very personable and fun to be around. During our month traveling in Europe (Barcelona, Madrid, Galicia, Malaga, Slovenia, Trieste and Milan), Laura was one of the best guides we came across to.
Thank you very much for the time we spent together and I'm pleased you enjoyed the city !
It was amazing and Laura was an amazing guide. There was nothing that she didn’t know about the Cathedral even the markings on the door. She went through each one, and we learnt so much. We have already booked another tour with Laura. I don’t think you will find a guide as knowledgeable as Laura about her home city. We have traveled a lot and we always get guides for certain places and we have never had one before as good as Laura. She was also a lovely person and answered all of our questions and didn’t rush us at all. 5 stars is well deserved. Thank you again Laura, Best Wishes Anne
Thank you very much, I always try to give my best during tours and welcome people coming to my home city!
The worst experience of my life, a supposedly very poorly educated and high-handed blonde person, ill-treatment, bad education, a real shame.
I'm sorry to inform you that it's impossible this review is addressed to us because we had no tours on that date, no tours in Spanish language, nobody of us could ever be there and behave that way, all that is totally impossible.
We are a DMC located in Vienna and some months ago we had a group from South Africa in Milan. Laura together with her team supported us with several services as a assistance at airport, visit in the city of Milan - Pinacoteca and half day visit at Como Lake. She is brillant! Her team always keep us update during the visits, as well about important informations or changes on site. For a future incentive , we know already whom we have to contact. Thanks Laura
Dear Emanuele thank you so much for your text, it was really nice to collaborate with you ! All the best for the upcoming season. Thanks
Milan is a city very rich in monuments, museums, typical neighborhoods, arts, etc... It is a must visit and to renew to appreciate all the riches. We have been guided in our choices to organize a single day taking into account the wishes of everyone without missing out on the essentials. Our needs: remote organization of a visit in French, adapted for teenagers and adults. Our must-sees: the Duomo, (the monument, its history, its terraces), the Victor Emmanuele II Gallery, the Brera district, the Sforza Castle and its Collections. For the youngest, a visit to San Siro Stadium. Our contact (Serena) and our Guide (Marco) brought us complete satisfaction with the quality of their service, their availability and their competence. We keep an unforgettable memory of this very intense day.
We had the pleasure of a city tour led by Serena, our English-speaking guide. During the 2.5-hour tour of Milan, Serena was amazing. She attentively managed our group of 30, ensuring everyone's questions were answered. She shared details and anecdotes that you don't get on a typical city tour, making our visit to Milan truly unique. As a travel manager, I must say that Serena addressed all our concerns and exceeded our expectations by being attentive to every detail. We wouldn’t hesitate to contact her again if we return to Milan! Thank you so much, Serena—you are amazing!
