Really had a great time singing and the route was amazing we would love to do it again l
Food was great, but crowd was stiff, hard to get good pictures of Buckingham Palace sitting on the right. One table felt it was perfectly fine to leave their bags at my table since I was only one person. One of the servers even made a snarky comment about me traveling alone, which disappointed me even more than the older women who infringed on my privacy
Booked to celebrate our birthdays and we were not disappointed. Ran to time, nice tour route and booking the top deck definitely the best way to see. Food fresh and good choice of sandwiches, small scone/cream/jam and a selection of small rich cakes served with choices of cold drinks (we chose Mimosa/Prosecco and refills offered with hot drinks served during the tour too. It was a treat to do but not likely to do again unless the route was changed. We were fortunate the bus was not full as it became very warm with one passenger unfortunately taken ill so if booking this trip be aware no aircon though a paper fan was provided to all passengers.

Thoroughly enjoyed the tune on the bus. We had excellent seats right at front top deck I think it was called premium. Definitely worth it. Staff were lovely and very efficient. My only criticism would be I think the commentary could do with updating as it missed out a lot of Information. I noticed we passed landmarks and nothing was said about them. On the whole though a lovely couple of hours.

There is no option for vegetarian people, they say if you book within 24 hours of service then no guarantee of vegetarian dish, you will get standard meal, but in that standard meal there are 4 non veg option, not even single veg, not worth of paying this much if you are not getting single vegetarian option.

This was a very nice trip where we saw various landmarks. The admission fee was very reasonable for six adults and one child. 90 minutes was adequate for the entire trip, even though some landmarks were highlighted, I would have preferred more to be acknowledged. The music that was played was relaxing. The amount of people was just right, no overcrowding and everyone was friendly. The staff was very friendly and answered many questions. This trip would be suitable for people who have never been to London. My family throughly enjoyed this trip.

I booked the afternoon tea bus for my friend’s birthday. Ahead of time, the team were helpful with my questions and ensured we had great seats. Warm welcome and friendly staff who were very relaxed even though we had cut our timing a bit tight due to tubes. The afternoon tea itself was good, particularly the scone, and providing us with fans was such a thoughtful touch given the weather. A second glass of Prosecco would have been lovely, but the tea and souvenir cup was great. We enjoyed the sights, a great mix of modern and traditional high points, although the commentary was a little difficult to hear so not sure if it was overly informative
