We had a ton of fun, booked an upstairs table with a flute of prosecco each, had WONDERFUL treats, sweet and savory!
Dear Guest, Thank you for your lovely review! We are delighted to hear that you had such a fun time aboard our Afternoon Tea Bus Tour. It is wonderful to know that you enjoyed your upstairs table, a glass of bubbles and, of course, our selection of delicious sweet and savoury treats. There is something rather special about enjoying afternoon tea while taking in London's sights from the top deck of a classic 1960s Routemaster. We hope to welcome you back on board for another wonderful London experience very soon. Warm regards, Brigit’s Team
Tour of London's must-sees. Explanations in English only. The staff is particularly kind and helpful. The tea served was delicious. Assortment of sweet and savory treats that are prettier than they are tasty. Leftovers can be taken away, as well as your reusable cup. We had a good time.
Dear Guest, Merci beaucoup pour votre très bel avis ! We are delighted to hear that you enjoyed discovering some of London’s most iconic sights, as well as the delicious tea and the warm, helpful service from our fabulous on-board crew. It is also lovely to know that you appreciated being able to take any remaining treats and your reusable cup home with you. Thank you as well for sharing your honest thoughts on the sweet and savoury selection. Feedback like this is always valuable as we continue working to make the experience even better. We are so pleased that you had a lovely time with us and hope to welcome you back on board for another memorable London adventure. Warm regards, Brigit’s Team
The tour is great and very informative, tea and cakes were wonderful. My only complaint is that between the talks on the places of interest, the music was too loud which prevented us from having a conversation with each other. I loved the music, but it could be in the background so we don’t have to try and talk (or shout) over it. My grandson loved the bus, and we had great views from the top deck.
Dear Guest, Thank you for sharing such thoughtful feedback on your Afternoon Tea Bus Tour experience with us. We are delighted to hear that you enjoyed the sightseeing, the wonderful tea and cakes, and that your grandson particularly loved travelling on our restored 1960s Routemaster and taking in the views from the top deck. We also appreciate your honest comments regarding the music volume. It is lovely to hear that you enjoyed the music itself, while also highlighting how a lower background level could make it easier for families to chat and enjoy the journey together. Your feedback has been noted and is genuinely helpful as we continue to refine the experience. We hope to welcome you and your family back on board for another memorable London adventure. Warm regards, Brigit’s Team
Terrible experience — absolutely not worth the money. We booked VIP seats, but even that couldn’t save this experience. The food looked old, stale and genuinely frightening to eat, with terrible presentation. Drinks were served in cheap plastic cups. The bus was old, smelled strongly of petrol and had no air conditioning, making the ride very uncomfortable. For such an expensive ticket, this is completely unacceptable. Overpriced, poor quality and nothing like the elegant afternoon tea experience advertised. Definitely not recommended.
Dear Guest, We are very sorry to read that your experience did not meet expectations, particularly after choosing our VIP seats. The concerns raised regarding the food quality and presentation, as well as the comments about the bus environment, are taken seriously. Food freshness and quality are among our highest priorities, and we would never want a guest to feel uncomfortable about the food being served. We would also like the opportunity to look into the specific service you experienced, as the details in the review do not provide enough information for us to identify the booking and investigate what may have happened. Could you please contact our Customer Service team with your booking details, including the date and time of your tour? This will allow us to review the relevant service with our operational and food teams and investigate the concerns properly. We are genuinely sorry that the experience fell short of the elegant afternoon tea experience we aim to provide, and we hope you will give us the opportunity to look into this further. Warm regards, Brigit’s Team

Dear Guest, Thank you so much for this lovely review! We are delighted that you had such a fabulous afternoon on the upper deck and that the food, drinks and service all helped make the experience so enjoyable. What a thoughtful present from your daughter! We are especially happy to hear that she brought you along as her guest and that you both had such a wonderful time together. It sounds like a very special way to celebrate a new chapter. Thank you for sharing your experience with us, and we hope to welcome you both back on board for another memorable London afternoon. Warm regards, Brigit’s Team
I booked well in advance as I have heard that it sells out quickly. I then chose to sit on the left side at the front of the upper deck, which I assume are the best seats. The boarding went smoothly and we went to our places where it was already laid out. There was a menu where we could choose which tea we wanted to drink and we got it in a cute mug with a lid that we had to take with us after the tour. The tour lasted 1.5 hours and went around among the various sights. The scones came after a while of riding. You got a doggy bag with it that you could not be bothered to eat. The different cakes and sandwiches were good and the staff was very nice. Overall, this was a different experience and clearly worth it.
Dear Guest, Thank you so much for this lovely review! We are delighted that you enjoyed this rather different way of experiencing London, from the front-row views on the upper deck to the afternoon tea and the sights along the route. Booking ahead certainly sounds like it paid off! It is wonderful to hear that you enjoyed the selection of sandwiches, cakes and scones, as well as choosing your tea and taking home the keepsake lidded cup. We are also pleased that the doggy bag was useful for any treats that were too good to leave behind. Thank you for your kind words about our fabulous on-board crew. We are so happy to know that the whole experience felt special and was well worth it. We hope to welcome you back on board for another memorable London journey. Warm regards, Brigit’s Team
What a fun afternoon! The sandwiches and sweet treats were so scrumptious. The drinks were delicious! The bus was adorable and the audio tour was very informative and easy to understand. The staff that waited on us were very attentive! If you’re in London, book this tour. 🤩
Had a lovely experience sharing a friends 60th birthday celebration, an afternoon tea on an old Routemaster which brought back childhood memories of travelling on a Red Rover ticket. It was a fun hour and half bouncing around trying to eat and not spill our tea, was particularly impressed with the warm scone clotted cream & jam, Our servers Auror and Jeremias were lovely and really helpful. Well worth the money for a fun afternoon.
Dear Guest, Thank you for such a lovely review! A very happy belated 60th birthday to your friend! We are delighted that the afternoon brought back such wonderful childhood memories of travelling around London on a Red Rover ticket. Combining a little nostalgia with afternoon tea makes for quite a memorable journey. We are especially pleased that the warm scone with clotted cream and jam was a highlight. And yes, enjoying afternoon tea on a moving Routemaster does add a little extra excitement to keeping the tea in the cup! It is wonderful to hear that our fabulous on-board crew helped make the celebration so enjoyable. We will be sure to share your kind words with the team. Thank you for celebrating such a special occasion with us, and we hope to welcome you back for another delicious journey through London. Warm regards, Brigit’s Team
Not the Harry Potter tour became a running joke with the bus driver! No matter how many times he mentioned this, people still stood in the line for the bakery bus tour! Later found out the Potter tour just took you to one place by coach. The bakery tour was way better, passing by famous London spots. The traffic allowed us to take photos and being in the upper deck, there were fewer obstructions. I wasn’t too sure about the food when I first read the menu, but everything was delicious and filling. Hot and cold teas were available in a cute keepsake tumbler.
Dear Guest, Thank you for such a wonderful review! We are delighted that the “Not the Harry Potter Tour!” running joke became part of the fun. It sounds like the confusion at the coach station certainly provided some entertainment before the afternoon tea even began! It is lovely to hear that the tour exceeded expectations, especially with the views from the upper deck and the chance to capture some great photos of London along the way. Sometimes a little traffic can have its advantages! We are also so pleased that the food surprised you in the best possible way. It is wonderful to know that everything was delicious and filling, and that the choice of hot and cold teas and the keepsake tumbler added to the experience. Thank you for choosing to explore London with us and for sharing such a cheerful review. We hope to welcome you back for another cup of tea and another journey through the capital. Warm regards, Brigit’s Team
