Begin where Harry started, at the Cupboard Under the Stairs, before watching an enchanting welcome video and heading into The Great Hall – one of the biggest sets at the studios. As you travel through, see an unbelievable selection of actual costumes, props and special effects pieces, all kept in pristine condition. As you explore the studios, see The Burrow, Hagrid’s Hut, the Gryffindor Common Room, Dumbledore’s office and much more. From small details like Dumbledore’s Pensieve to the larger pieces like the fantastic animatronic door to the Chamber of Secrets. Have fun riding a broom through London at the Green Screen exhibit and board the Hogwarts Express on Platform 9¾. See Privet Drive, the Knight Bus, buy a Butterbeer™ on the backlot and get up close to the prosthetics and animatronics in the special effects department – there is so much to see you will be thankful to have an extended time to take it all in. Gringotts Wizarding Bank Enter the all new Gringotts Wizarding Bank on Diagon Alley and discover the magical treasures within. We were traveling from Paris to London specifically to go to HP Warner Brother Studios, so our primary concern was not to miss our train back to Paris. In a nutshell KingsCross Station Shuttle pickup and drop-offs should be expanded… specially for known rush hour traffic in London, we almost missed our train back to London and IF we did there would’ve been extra cost to get on a much later train (almost $100 more). I certainly do not need such anxiety during my vacation. So if you are traveling in to London from Paris or anywhere out of the UK specifically for HP Experience make sure that your train back is much later in the day like in the late evening, the chances of you missing your train due to London traffic is highly probable. Due to the short list of shuttle services back ti London at KingsCross we did not have a choice but to take the last one and we ended up RUNNING, my poor spouse who is disabled and is on crutches, you can just imagine my angst about the whole thing. If there was a much later shuttle service offered I would’ve chosen that and planned accordingly but what was offered by Viator was very limited. The rest of the trip was amazing, the studio is phenomenal. I have not been to the Florida HP exhibit but definitely much better than Universal Studios in LA and of course much more expansive than NYC’s exhibit.

Please note that the our buses operate on a fixed schedule, and guests are required to return to London on the designated bus selected at the time of booking. Tour was fantastic however I think the 4 hrs visit time allowed for by Golden Tours probably isn’t quite long enough - we found ourselves rushing around and didn’t stop to take a break at the backlot cafe halfway around - probably really needs a full 5 hrs visit.

Very hot on the bus; there is no air conditioning and the kids feel sick; we have received headphones but there is no plug; most important is the kids health was at risk;

Harry Potter studio was a fantastic experience. It’s worthy visiting. However the bus ride to and from London to the studio was little uncomfortable. It was very sunny and aircon on bus was not working and we couldn’t open windows fully too . So it was a difficult journey
Buyer beware. We booked private transport option to the WB Studio Harry Potter tour. Pick us was as scheduled however we didn’t take a full 4.5 hours. What we didn’t know was that the transportation times are fixed. When I called to request to be picked up I was told I have to wait 2 more hours to be picked up (4.5 hours from ticket time). They were able to arrange pick up in 1 hour. Taking an Uber would have been a cheaper and much more flexible option.

Absolutely recommended. Everything worked out wonderfully with the tour. An extra hour of time would have been great. It did get quite tight towards the end, since you have to stand in line everywhere for photos.

We had booked the tour through Golden Tours so that we would have a time slot for the studios that fit our plans. The entire process, right down to finding the right bus stop, punctual departure, etc., all went great. Questions via WhatsApp were also answered very quickly. By booking this tour, we later received offers for hop-on hop-off and Madame Tussauds, for which the discounts were really worth it for us.

It Was Good, the bus didnt have air condition and then when we arrive nobody was to guide us.. thats the only thing the rest was Good
