Pickup Locations & Times
Transportation provided from cruise port, hotels and air bnb's is a shuttle. The shuttle pickup time will vary based on distance. Our reservations or transportation logistics team will reach out to the guest to advise on their specific pickup time. Please make sure to check your email for this information. If you have any questions, please feel free to reach out to us. Should guest(s) not require transportation, they can head directly to the Harrison's Cave Eco-Adventure Park for the specified arrival time. IMPORTANT: Same day bookings will NOT be provided transportation to the location. FOR CRUISE PASSENGERS: Please proceed through the cruise terminal and exit the terminal building. You do not need to leave the Port. Once outside the cruise terminal exit area, please look for a representative holding a sign that says “TROPICAL LUXURY TOURS.” The representative will be positioned just outside the cruise terminal exit area and will guide guests to the bus for transportation to the attraction.

- Sneakers (fully enclosed shoes) are required.
- No skirts or dresses allowed on the Zipline
- Participants are not allowed to take any items such as cameras, cell phones, handbags- anything which would prevent them from having both hands free.
- Helmets are mandatory for the zipline and tram tours. Hairstyles may need to be pulled down or out to accommodate the helmet safely.
- FOR CRUISE PASSENGERS: The only tour arrival time offered from the port are 10:00 am and 11:00 am. Should you book a later time, you will be asked to reschedule. This is to ensure that we meet our 'Back on Board' commitment to return you to the port prior to the ship's departure and to allow sufficient time to enjoy your experience at the Park.

Had an amazing time at Harrison’s Cave! 🇧🇧 The staff were very respectful, friendly and reassuring especially during the zip lining because ya girl was SCARED bad! 😂😭 They kept encouraging me while I was questioning every decision that led me up there. 🤣 The experience was exciting, the cave was beautiful, and I’d definitely recommend it. 10/10… but my heart might disagree! 😂❤️
10/10 experience learnt a lot about the cave , the zipline was my favourite part ! Definitely would recommend :)
Peter, our driver, was wonderful. He was on time and was friendly. The zipline crew was engaging, fun, and professional. I recommend that everyone who visits Barbados do this tour and hear how incredibly brave the explorers were. Please remember to tip your tour guides. They were all quite knowledgeable and entertaining.
The staff was so inviting and welcoming. They gave great instructions before we went ziplining. The cave was breathtaking. 10/10 absolutely recommended.
The guys running the zip line were lovely all so friendly and supportive to us (although I didn’t brave it just husband son and daughter) but worth the visit and walk around
It was my first time doing the zip line and the exerience makes me want to do it again and again. It was thrilling. the customer service that I got from the team was exceptional. They made me feel safe and comfortable. The cave tour was very informative. Inside the cave... beautiful.

A must do whenever traveling to Barbados. The staff were most wonderful, they were so welcoming, our safety was priority at all times and they were very informative with a great sense of humor. Loved loved loved it !
