Fast Track arrival service is VIP travel assistance that allows you to cruise past people disembarking from planes and skip long lines at immigration and customs. When you arrive at Grantley Adams International Airport in Barbados, you will be met just outside the arrival’s hall by a representative dressed in pink and black, holding a sign that displays your name. Identify yourself to our representative, who will escort you to the Immigration kiosk, on to baggage claim, and then to our dedicated Customs line before exiting the Terminal. Wait times depend on number of flights arriving at the same time/the efficiency of the baggage handling. You are responsible for identifying and collecting all checked bags from the luggage carousel. You can procure the services of an authorized airport porter known as "Red Caps" to assist with bags at a nominal fee. Arrivals that take place or are completed between midnight and 6:00 am will incur a supplemental cost of 50% of the fast track rate.

• You must complete the Online Immigration and Customs forms between 72 – 24 hours prior to arrival for each traveler. The QR Code provided is required for registration at the airport, please ensure have this readily available on arrival.
The duration of your Five Star Fast Track Service will depend on the number of flights that are arriving at the same time and on the efficiency of the baggage handling. Efficient and nice.
I booked this service for my friend who was visiting Barbados for the first time. She was coming from the US and never flew into a country alone before. I wanted her to get to through the airport and customs with ease and no frustration. I knew it was during Crop Over season and one week before Grand Kadooment and it would be super busy. This service made her feel welcomed and assisted her with ease. The young lady who worked with her was very sweet and personable. She escorted her right out to me and the private arranged transportation. I will definitely book this service again if I needed.

When we landed in Barbados, the Fast Track representative was waiting with a smile and immediately took care of everything. What could have been a stressful arrival turned into the smoothest airport experience we’ve ever had.
We were escorted straight past the hundreds of people waiting in the immigration and customs lines—what we paid was worth every penny to avoid that wait. The rep handled our documents, guided us through each step, and even assisted my mother by personally rolling her wheelchair all the way to our transportation service.
She was pleasant, welcoming, and genuinely happy to see us. That warmth made the experience feel personal, not just procedural. From the moment we stepped off the plane until we were safely connected with our driver, we felt completely taken care of.
