We booked a private shopping experience with Jennie in Hanoi. Right after I booked, I received a private message through WhatsApp asking for a list of what specifically we were looking for. I sent her a full list, focusing on vintage clothing and gems and crystals. When the day came and we met Jennie at the first stop she had arranged, I was completely blown away. This was the best gem crystal shop I have ever seen in. The selection was unbelievable. Jennie also helped us by speaking Vietnamese to the workers when negotiating a price. We then went to the old quarter and she brought us to the coolest vintage chores that we would never have found on our own. Jennie was the sweetest and nicest person, and she really went above and beyond to accommodate my family. The shopping experience was so fun and my kids absolutely loved it. I highly recommend doing this because she will bring you to some really cool places!

We booked a private shopping tour with Jennie through Viator. Jennie is a local in Hanoi and she knows all the best kept secrets! Jennie reached out once I booked the tour and she asked me for a shopping list! My family and I love gems, crystals and vintage clothes, we also had a few other things on the list. Jennie asked us all types of questions and prepared the perfect day!! I was so blown away by the gem shop- it was unbelievable! All the cool vintage stores she brought us to, we would have never have found on our own! We bought some of the coolest stuff and had so much fun with Jennie!! My wife and I joined Jennie's tour on a recommendation from our hotel concierge and it turned out to be the highlight of our entire Vietnam trip. My wife fell in love with a pair of golden baroque pearl earrings on silver hoops — completely one-of-a-kind pieces designed by a local designer who clearly pours her soul into her work. For myself, I purchased a stunning hand-embroidered lacquer painting — cranes against cherry blossoms on a deep black background. Highly recommended. We contacted Jenny after striking out on our own with some shopping wish lists, and on very short notice she pulled together a custom itinerary and found us just the right places to locate high quality trip mementos. Tour price included a beverage at a cafe, as well as taxi transport between locations. She made it very easy and fun!

Great shopping experience!
My experience shopping with Jenny Cherry was fabulous! She contacted me beforehand to learn what I was shopping for and curated a wonderful shopping experience for me. I was looking for art and fine handicrafts and Jenny took me to a few high-end workshops and an art gallery. Specifically, we went to a lacquerware workshop and an embroidery workshop, at both of which I could watch the craft being made. Jenny was truly enthusiastic and very patient while I looked at the wares and decided what to purchase. Jenny also graciously walked with me in and out of many small souvenir shops to look for small items and gifts. She was incredibly patient and kind throughout, and we chatted the whole time. It as like making a new friend! Jenny also answered my questions about Vietnamese culture and language - she is very knowledgeable and happy to share her knowledge. Also, it was raining the day we were together, and Jenny called and paid for taxis to take us from place to place. She even insisted on holding her umbrella over me as we went in and out of the souvenir shops. Jenny and I spent five hours together and it was great fun! I highly recommend this tour!!
